"Came as part of a trip around Europe. This hotel is one of the most beautiful and wonderful places I have ever visited. Better than the pictures and the description. Truly amazing, the view of the mountain from the room, breathtaking. The well equipped kitchen and the feeling of being taken care of is great. The property is brand new, everything spotless and with a warm taste that makes you feel cozy and just so happy. I hope I can return soon it is just a magical place. "

"Clean and well furnished apartment. No AC and the elevator is really small. Had to open the window to cool down the unit and the pub across the building was really noisy. Would be helpful to have received email check in instructions with the lock box code sooner since we did not have wifi access all the time while traveling."

"The Place is Great!. We are 5 and rent an apartment for 6. Plenty of space. Supper well equipped with quality stuff. Beds are great! Nothing to complain. Downtown for groceries is 10 minute walk with no issues. The best is to be at 100mts from rental and Gondola to start your day. Aso great when you finish your day with storage for skies. If I come back to Zermatt, will be back here no doubt. "

"Nos encantó nuestra estancia en los departamentos. Todo muy limpio y acogedor a nuestra llegada. Cuenta con todos los servicios y cabe mencionar que tiene una hermosísima vista al monte Mattherhorn. No se necesita salir para garantizar excelentes fotos. La estación del tren está muy cerca, se puede llegar caminando, además de que hay bastantes supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas de recuerdos. "Hotel tranquilo y muy convenientemente ubicado en Grindelwald, con unas excelentes vistas a las grandes montañas de la localidad. El alojamiento se encuentra ubicado a sólo dos minutos a pie de la estación de tren Grindelwald Terminal y, a su vez, permite llegar a la ciudad de Grindelwald en bus o con un agradable paseo de 25 minutos. Habitación y estancias muy limpias y ordenadas. Personal muy amable y servicial. Desayuno rico con variedad algo limitada en cuanto a opciones de desayuno en caliente. No probamos el bar pero el aroma cerca de él era rico. Sin duda un sueño, estamos seguros de que repetiremos en este alojamiento."

"The hotel staff were very friendly, and the concierge was especially helpful. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the train station. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. Some of the hotel’s facilities are a bit outdated, but overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel."
