"El hotel es muy bonito, tiene un servicio excelente y el parque acuático súper divertido. "

"The staff at this hotel were behind excellent. They went out of their way to help us on multiple occasions including booking restaurants, ordering taxis, arranging return transportation and more. I don’t think I’ve experienced this level of hospitality at a hotel before. We will certainly go back to this hotel."

"The hotel is quite big. There were some people at reception that could communicate in English, although with some difficulty but was good."

"Wonderful time to celebrate our 40th anniversary with family! Everyone enjoyed the time when we stay there Love our PA - Chloe she was so helpful & friendly 👍 give her 5 stars"

"+ The villa pool was very big and perfect temperature. + good room service - can not use jacuzzi because pipelines was full of trash and insects. - breakfast was very regular. Not the standard that Pullman should have. "
