    Featuring three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, multiple living areas, and a private swimming pool, this elegant home blends historic character with modern comfort just minutes from the Adelaide CBD. With soaring ceilings, original features, and a stunning new kitchen, the home offers generous space for families, corporate stays, or guests seeking a refined and peaceful base close to the city.



    The Space:

    This grand Victorian-era villa showcases classic heritage architecture alongside thoughtfully updated interiors designed for comfort, relaxation, and effortless living.



    From the moment you enter through the private front gate, the home feels spacious, calm, and welcoming. Wide hallways, polished timber floors, high ceilings, and original fireplaces (inactive) reflect the home’s historic character, while modern furnishings and updates provide everything needed for a comfortable stay.



    Living and dining areas:

    The home offers two separate living areas, allowing guests to spread out and enjoy their own space. The main living room provides a relaxed setting with comfortable seating, Flat Screen Smart TV, beautiful natural light, and elegant heritage details. A second sitting area offers a quiet retreat overlooking the kitchen and pool area, ideal for reading, working, or unwinding.



    The separate dining room features a large dining table positioned beside tall heritage windows, creating a bright and inviting space for shared fornal meals.



    Kitchen:

    The newly renovated kitchen combines modern functionality with clean, timeless design. It includes:



    • Full size oven and gas cooktop

    • Dishwasher

    • Coffee perculator and coffee station

    • Full fridge and freezer

    • Quality cookware, crockery, and utensils

    • Ample bench space and storage



    Whether preparing a simple breakfast or a full dinner, the kitchen is fully equipped for your stay.



    Bedrooms and bathrooms:

    The home features three generously sized bedrooms, each thoughtfully styled for comfort and rest.



    • Master bedroom with King bed and private ensuite

    • Second bedroom with King bed

    • Third bedroom with queen bed



    All bedrooms include quality mattresses, hotel-grade linen, and ample clothing storage.



    There are two bathrooms in total, including the private ensuite and a main bathroom servicing the remaining bedrooms, both with walk in showers.



    Outdoor area and pool:

    The private rear garden is a standout feature of the property, offering a peaceful and secluded space to relax.

    The outdoor area includes:



    • Private swimming pool with secure glass fencing

    • Covered outdoor entertaining deck area with BBQ

    • Landscaped gardens

    This tranquil setting is perfect for relaxing afternoons, family time, or enjoying Adelaide’s warm climate.



    Laundry and practical amenities:

    The home also includes a full laundry with washer-dryer combo, iron, and ironing board, providing convenience for both short and extended stays.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have full private access to the main house, gardens, outdoor entertaining areas, and swimming pool.

    There is a separate guest house located behind the pool which is securely locked and used for property storage only. This space is not accessible and is not occupied during guest stays.

    Other than this locked storage area, the property is entirely yours to enjoy in complete privacy.

    Bin collection is managed externally on a fortnightly basis. An authorised person may access the side of the house on Sundays to put bins out for Monday collection, and will return them inside the property on Tuesday or Wednesday.

    Pool cleaning and maintenance is carried out by a local company once a month. They access the pool area via the side gate, between 9:30am and 3:30pm. Whilst we will try to keep these visits outside of when the property is occupied, this may not always be possible to delay. Guests will be notified prior to attendance if it is due to occur.

    • Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests to ensure appropriate provisions.

    • This home is designed for families, extended family groups, corporate bookings and respectful group stays. Parties and functions are not permitted.

    • Garden Maintenance: A gardener attends approximately once per month to maintain the lawns and gardens. If this falls during your stay, we will notify you ahead of time. Visit days can vary as scheduling is coordinated with external contractors.
