"Delayed check-in, property still dirty, bad communication with the property team, dirty and very cold pool. We had recently had our Mother pass away and we really needed a place to stay but this booking was so stressful it really affected us. All in all, a really bad experience."

"Everything was fine except a few things (room for improvement). 1. Trash bins are already full when we got there. Very little space left inside the bins to throw our trash. 2. A few appliances are not working. Washer is not working at all and microwave keep having power even microwave door is open. Safety concern. 3 Bathroom drain is plugged and found full of hairs."
