"This room (King bed in the carriage house) is ideal if you have family or friends staying in the room next door: the noise from other guests comes through the wall so I could hear conversations, coughing and snoring. Theres a white noise machine in the room you can use, though. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent in the room but seemed to be fine in the main house, so remote work could be done there. I still rate this 5 stars because the location and decor are wonderful. I would stay here again. "

"From Amy at the front desk to our amazing, clean and very nicely decorated, two room suite, we can not say enough great things about this awesome hotel.
The Chaz Steakhouse downstairs did not disappoint either….. We enjoyed a delicious meal, with great live entertainment! "

"Very disappointing for a hotel of this category
We stayed at the Intercontinental in Kansas for 6 days and, unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected, especially regarding service and room cleanliness. Throughout our entire stay, housekeeping only cleaned our room once, and that was after we requested it politely. When we asked again more firmly, they finally sent someone, but only under the condition that we leave the room before 11 a.m. and notify the front desk.
