"Es un hotel hermoso en todos los aspectos. Todo es impecable. Solo recomendaría que dejaran diario botellas de agua en la habitación ya que solo te dejan 1 el primer día. También recomiendo que incluyeran algún set de limpieza como cepillo de dientes, peine, pasta dental etc. Todo lo demás es inmejorable, las tiendas, el pueblo todo es hermoso"

"Great that you have access to both the spa of the hotel as well as the roman baths in the 5 star hotel Nove Lazne, we really enjoyed that. The "tunnel" as they say is eventually a series of corridors that connect all the neighboring hotels Hvezda, Imperial, Maria, Central and Nove Lazne. This corridor is actually a very pleasing and entertaining walk with pictures, music and fountains of mineral water taps that you can stop and drink, but it is a series of elevators and many turns that you need...
"My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina.
We are grateful for our visit here."

"Wir waren bisher immer im Chateau, mussten diesmal aber ausweichen da im Chateau nichts mehr frei war. Das Zimmer war genauso, es gab eigentlich keinen Unterschied. Der Unterschied war eigentlich nur dass man nicht im Bademantel ins SPA gehen konnte, und eine Jacke brauchte um ins Restaurant und zum Frühstück zu gehen. Ansonsten: Supernettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, sehr viele Parkplätze. Allerdings ist der Eintritt ins SPA nicht inclusive. Dafür ist das Zimmer deutlich günstiger."
"I liked it but I was missing some hotel cosmetic supplies which I found automatic in a 4* hotel. Also, I have to say that the spa is much much smaller than it looks on the live sites and there is no relax zone. Literally 4 chairs close to the mini pool are not giving you a big chance to sit down and take a nap.
Other than that I enjoyed my stay there, the suite was beautiful and spacious with a great view and I loved the breakfast"

Une seule remarque: les repas du soir sont servis entre 17h30 et 20h.... Ne venez surtout pas trop tard car les buffets sont desservis à 20h tapante ! Vous risquez de ne plus pouvoir vous servir en dessert !!! Mais le personnel a été indulgent et nous a cherché tout de même un dessert !"
