Habitación con la tele rota y 1 días sin servicio de limpieza y el wifi muchas veces no funcionaba lo más importante que la habitación está llena de hormigas . No la recomiendo para nada y lo que hice es reservar en otro hotel y cambiar"

"Nice hotel on north coast of Penang. The pool was great. Quite far from George Town but only 20-25 minutes by bus. Bus stop was outside hotel. The hotel was a long way from the airport, so I recommend using the Grab app to get to the hotel. We also used Grab to get to Penang Hill and Kek Lok Si temple. The room was really nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. "

"出張で２泊しました。概ね満足ですが、気になった事だけ書き残します。チェックインの際にカウンター内には４人が立っていましたが、働ける人は１人だけで残り３人は待っている人が居てもお構いなしに、ボーっと立っているだけで対応しようとすらしませんでした。研修中なのでしょうか？　一晩目は向かいのビルの屋台街から騒音が聞こえて24時くらいまでうるさくて眠れませんでした。日本食レストランのお刺身は解凍が上手にできていないようで、スッカスカのマグロでした。　朝食の焼き飯はご飯の水分がなくなるまで炒めた感じでガリゴリしておいしくなかったです。これ以外は、満足していますし、事前にやり取りしてた会議室の使用にもスムーズに対応してくれて感謝です。ありがとうございました。　"
