"El hotel cómo tal no es malo ,de hecho es uno de los mejores en Punta Cana pero a veces los trabajadores hacen que tu estadía pase de ser de relajada a molesta . "Me quede encerrada en el ascensor con mi hija de 4 años por mas de 15 minutos y en el lobby nunca contestaron, mi esposo se corto con la puerta del balcon por su mal estado. Despues de comer en el restaurante del hotel sufrí una intoxicación con salpullido y malestar estomacal. Muy mala experiencia ..."

"Echo de menos un poco de agua una botella al menos, en la habitación y ni desayuno como opción. La piscina interior es pequeña y estaba llena cuando llegamos y no la usamos."
