Location awesome but the NOISE....

The location is awesome. Unfortunately, our room faces the road and it is extremely noisy due to the endless traffic, frequent use of car horns (never figure out why) and right next to the bus stop. We tried to purchase ear plugs from the nearby shops but failed. For the location alone, it is still a GO but strongly recommend to get non-road facing rooms.

A little out of the way from the train or bus but only 10yuen taxi to get there. The room was big and spacious, shower worked well, as did the air conditioning. The staff were all lovely and considerate. They let us check In a couple hours early and have a shower after we had checked out when we got back from the national park before our train (they also made us tea!). Really lovely, highly recommend.

Really great hotel

It was so great experience. Staffs are very kind, friendly and helpful for making a plan. Staffs helped us for making almost every plan. The room was cozy and the view was great. We could see the mountain. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. I want to stay the hotel again if i visit Zhangjiajie again. I want to say thank you again. :) 한국인 자유여행객은 거의 없어서 장가계여행 정보가 부족해서 걱정했는데 호스트를 비롯한 모든 스탭들이 도와주어 편안한 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 스탭들은 정말 친절했고 그들이 없었으면 아주 힘든 여행이 됐을 것 같습니다. 영어를 할 줄 안다면 모든 의사소통은 가능할 겁니다. 주변에 식당이나 가게들이 많이 편리했으나 공사하는 곳이 많이 좀 시끄럽긴 합니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러웠고 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

The facility was great and the staff were helpful and communicative. The western breakfast was also good. The staff were extremely helpful in advising me of attractions to see in Zhangjiajie. The only thing I did not like was the construction going on outside the hotel, but that is not under their control. I wish them every success in the future.

Sympathisches Hotel mit der Baustelle vor der Tür

Das kleine Hotel mit neuwertigen Möbeln auf dem Zimmer überzeugt mit seinem rustikalem Charme und einer immer freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Rezeptionistin, für die das Wohl der Gäste zentral ist. Sie half uns sehr bei der Planung der Aktivitäten vor Ort, wobei die Lage des Hotels günstig für alle Ausflpge in die nähere Umgebung liegt. Abgesehen von der sehr kalten Lobby (im Winter), können wir somit das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen:-).

Great place with very helpful staff

Very nice place to stay. The staff were really helpful, suggesting what to do in the 2 full days we had. We were even given advice on what route we could take to get the most out of our visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. There was, unfortunately, noisy building work going on outside at the time of our stay. Despite this the staff were very accommodating, offering us ear plugs and giving us some free fruit, even though the work wasn't their fault.

Comfortable Character Hotel

Staff were friendly with pick up from the airport and advice about local trips and excursions. We had booked trips to the glass plankway and glass bridge in advance but the hotel staff might have provided better booking service and advice. The staff advised about a trip to the National forest and organized that and it was probably the best of the trips. The room was comfortable and with character but there was renovation ongoing on the 7th floor which made it noisy at times (this is temporary of course and has to happen sometime, the staff were conscious of the disturbance and apologised). I would return to this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

Muito bom

Ficamos pouco tempo, tivemos problemas para chegar ao hotel na data certa (que nada tiveram a ver com o hotel em si). No pouco tempo que tivemos, o atendimento foi ótimo, e chegamos a ganhar uma carona para o aeroporto na saída. A localização é muito boa.

Direkt in der Innenstadt, familiäre Atmosphäre

Eine Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Personal spricht Englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit - wir haben z.B. eine Anleitung für die einzelnen Tage bekommen, wo alles auf Englisch und chinesisch draufstand. Man zeigt einfach, sei es am Bahnhof oder anderswo, auf die passende Zeile und wird zum richtigen Bus geschickt. Der Dachgarten ist wirklich schön, dort kann man abends gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Lovely but loud

The staff at Wang Yi Inn were extremely friendly and helpful; actually getting on a local bus with us to show us the way! Breakfast was good, the room very nice and modem. Bed a bit hard but a bigger issue was lots of road noise: even through earplugs. Internet access also good and the hotel is not too far from the airport and also close to Tianmen Mountain park.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone

The staffs were exceptional nice and helpful. Someone met us at the airport as arranged. Check-in was swift. The hotel's owner sat us down, poured us a nice cup of tea and helped us to plan our entire stay at Zhangjiajie. Nice hotel, nice people.

晚上喇叭聲太吵

在張家界市區內，出行地點很方便，離汽車站有段距離，可付費請接機，可寄放行李，前台員工熱心，缺點是在大马路邊，夜晚喇叭聲太吵，其他很棒，不錯的客棧，住了3晚。

コスパは良いと思います！

値段の割に小奇麗でお洒落な宿、中国では中々見つけられない良宿でコスパは素晴らしい。英語を話せる気の良いスタッフもいて、サービスも悪くはないのですが、残念な個所も数点。空港送迎は片道50元、地元のタクシーを使うと1/3以下の値段でこれるので、送迎車手配サービスは高すぎる！因みにチェックイン時は頼んでみたのだが、張家界空港到着後も運転手は見当たらず…。宿に電話すると遅刻して到着。その他、売上のコミッションが宿に入る為か、しきりにツアーやショーのチケットを売りたがるのは余りいただけなかった。運転手やスタッフなど、時間には少々ルーズなところがあるのは、残念。

不錯的经驗

在市區內，交通方便，吃食也方便，出行對面就是公車車站，離汽客運車站有段距離，住了3晚，整體來說不錯，前台人員也親切，可以付費請接機，寄放行李等等，除了晚上路邊太吵，其他都滿意

Great staff

We are extremely happy with our stay here. Annie was wonderful to us! Our trip to Shanghai got delayed twice and she gracefully called the airline and was able to help us book another flight. She went above and beyond to help us. We also really appreciate the girl who was working before her, but we were not able to get her name :/

A calm little nook

We arrived late but the Staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable pointing us in several right directions, arranging cabs, meals and massages, the roof top bar was an absolute gem very chilled

Best kept secret

Fabulous staff, particularly Simon, Summer, and Mai. Knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. They helped me navigate the public transportation system to get me to and from all of the places I wanted to see. Simply super.
