There are security cameras at all entrances, inside the garage, and outside directed at the lake. There are no cameras in any living areas.

HOUSE RULE: STRICTLY PET-FREE PROPERTY
Standard Pets & ESAs: This property maintains a strict, 100% pet-free policy to protect guests with severe, high-risk allergies and maintain property standards. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for all dogs, standard pets, and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs).

Service Animals: Legitimate, task-trained service dogs protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are always welcome and are exempt from pet restrictions or fees. In accordance with ADA guidelines, handlers must disclose the service animal prior to arrival, and hosts reserve the right to ask the two permitted compliance questions: (1) Is the dog required because of a disability? and (2) What specific work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Service dogs must remain under the handler's control at all times and cannot be left unattended on the property.

Violations & Penalties: Bringing an unannounced, non-ADA compliant animal onto the property, or refusing to verify a service animal’s status, constitutes an immediate breach of the rental contract. A mandatory $500 unauthorized animal and deep-cleaning fee will be charged immediately. The host reserves the right to immediately terminate the reservation and evict all guests without a refund. All exterior entry points are monitored via security cameras to enforce this policy.

A picture ID and signed rental agreement will be required prior to check-in.
