My family and I had a great experience staying at this condo. It was home away from home. It has plenty of room for our party with a 4 month baby, 2 1/2 toddler, and 5 adults. We were all very comfortable and felt at home. The owner, David was great to replying back quickly on inquiries. There was a welcome basket with wine, pasta noodles, bottle of wine, and snacks. So thoughtful and very welcoming. The location of the condo is not far from the Stateline, Round Hill Beach, Safeway, and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back again. Don’t hesitate to book this one! Thank you David for making our trip memorable.

Relaxing getaway

This was a perfect location to stay at. It really was close to everything. We stayed there with our family and whatever we may have forgotten, it was probably provided to us by them. We will definitely be looking for this unit again next time we are in Tahoe.

This is a lovely home, well appointed, comfortable and VERY clean! We had a wonderful time in Lake Tahoe. We were able to get a lot of sight seeing in while we stayed and walked the trails to the nearby shopping center which was a great 20-minute walk. Description and all details of this home were spot on and accurate. Kitchen was sparkling clean, well-stocked and recently remodeled with new appliances. Living room was nicely furnished with a very large leather sectional which fit us perfectly. Our beds were comfy and bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner + body wash. Wifi was strong and worked great. The location was convenient and close to everything. This beautiful home was an excellent home base for all of our adventures. We will definitely return! Thank You Gina for being an amazing host and so friendly. Highly recommend all around!!

Beautiful, Comfy and Clean. Perfect stay!!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The location was so convenient and minutes from everything you would need, from shopping, walking, biking, entertainment, restaurants and gaming. Our Host Gina was absolutely amazing and such a wonderful and prompt communicator. We were welcome with easy access and Gina checked in with us to ensure we were having a great time and ensured everything was going well. This home was spacious for all 8 of us and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen area was well designed with a breakfast bar area for casual dining. The living room had a very large leather sectional leather sofa for us to enjoy a movie in a comfortable space. The hot tub was great after our long days enjoying the area and activities. Basically, nothing else we would have wished for. Thank You for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to visit again next year! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely beautiful property!!!

New modern- warm with amazing window views, fireplace and a great balconies!!! This home is furnished beyond expectations and most of all exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very spacious for entertaining family and friends but still able to enjoy quiet and privacy having your own room and bathroom! The large pre-heated outdoor spa was enjoyed by all as we enjoyed the beautiful Lake Tahoe sunsets in fall! The Hot Tub rules are simple as we have a Hot Tub at our home, so abiding to the no cocktail rule and no oils etc was not an issue for our group. We received our full deposit back with no issues. Convenient location to grocery store liquor store gas and needed items for staying in a home instead of a hotel! We used the partial dirt and paved trail just outside the door for walking and biking to the nearby shopping center, perfectly serene, and surrounded by all the amazing pines. Also nearby are all the local hot spots, beach and casinos. So many local restaurants to choose from they were all amazing. This is definitely the nicest home in this area, we have stayed in Lake Village before and by far this was the cleanest, most comfortable and welcoming home we have ever stayed. Gina, our host went above and beyond by welcoming us with a wonderful welcome basket and promptly communicating with us at every turn, plus helping anyway possible by giving us area information during our stay. You can’t get personal attention in most rentals, so we greatly appreciate the additional attention we received. We look forward to visiting and staying at this location again!!

Great location, well appointed, clean and comfortable!

Our family of 8 absolutely loved our stay in Lake Tahoe and Lake Village. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. The location could not be more perfect - the condo is within a 1-2 mile radius to everything you could want in Lake Tahoe and made everything so convenient. The condo itself is wonderful - it is beautifully decorated, very inviting, clean & comfortable. We highly recommend this property and our host Gina was exceptional. We had several questions about the area and local restaurant's and she was so very helpful sharing the local favorite hot spots. We were very sad to leave! Thank you! Look forward to another trip here soon!
