Great location! Quiet & relaxing. Close to grocery store and casinos. Tennis & pickleball courts in very good condition. Easy on & off Highway 50. Very nice pool and clubhouse. The kitchen was very well eqipped. Spacious, nice and very clean. I would mention (for those who can't climb stairs very well) that the kitchen/great room area is at the top of the stairs.

Great stay!

I celebrated my birthday with a group of 8 adults, which this property slept us all comfortably! There's 3 floors with a lot of space for everyone to feel separated but also together. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, plates, cutlery. We very much liked the filtered water spout by the sink and the 1 car connected garage was beneficial. Plenty of pillows, towels, and starter toiletries. Few downsides are the garage didn't have a clicker or a way to open it from the outside. We had to go in through the front door then open the garage from inside. We also had to go to the neighborhood club house to get a separate parking pass for the HOA. It was a quick step, but just another added step before checking in. Water pressure in the showers were low if that's important to you. Otherwise, we loved the space and would stay again!

Great location, plenty of space

Our family of 4 (husband, me and 2 young adult kids) stayed here for a long weekend. Great location not too far from the South Lake casinos and restaurants. Quiet, spacious and clean.

Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our weekend in Tahoe. The house was a perfect fit for our group and we loved it. When we arrived at the property, the property manager was just leaving after doing an inspection to make sure the house was perfect for our stay. The pool and the clubhouse amenities were so great and we spent many hours enjoying them. We will be back.

Great Location

Loved the location of this property. Very convenient to Stateline & Incline Village. The house itself had a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to make a meal. The living room was spacious & comfy. The bedrooms were large. We found someone’s glasses in one of the beds so we did wonder if the sheets had actually been changed from the previous guests. I would be happy to stay here again.

Pros: easy check-in, property manager is very responsive, 5star service. The kitchen has everything you need. The best room in the house is kitchen/dining/living room. Cons: two of the bedrooms are very small. no side table to put your personal stuff or water. The house has an old smell. Too many stairs for my liking.

Perfect Location for Families

Really enjoyed this place! Tahoe is a favorite of ours, this trip was to celebrate several family events. Location was perfect for our family of 7 plus one infant. Close to Heavenly but just far enough from congestion and noise. We loved being able to cook and watch the little one while others headed out for the day to enjoy the slopes.

So Many Stairs Such Old Knees

Overall, great! I misread/observed the photo of the bedroom for 3-4 as having 3 separate beds (2 twins + bunk). We made do, but the room is so tiny, we couldn't open our suitcases and the closet door was broken. I moved to the couch so my guests could at least unpack. Maybe take out the twin and put a dresser or luggage stands?

Location was awesome!

Place was great. I liked how most bedrooms had their own areas in the house. The upstairs was a beautiful gathering area. A few blemishes I would expect to be fixed. (Example- bathroom door doesn’t shut.)

Snowboard week

The property and condo itself was very nice and roomy, withal great location. We were disappointed that the hot tub closed at 4:30 because our skiers and snowboarders wanted to soak after an active day on the mountain.

Good Value, Nice Property

For starters, this is a nice property in a good location near downtown South Lake Tahoe. Only about 10 minutes from the mountain. The condo itself is basic, but comfortable and spacious. It has three stories. The two downstairs stories have the bedrooms and the living area is at the top. This is really the highlight of the property as you can see in the pictures. I took one star away for a few reasons. Check in process was a little inconvenient. Management company required that you stop in during business hours to get a packet and key codes. They close at 4, so you need to plan ahead and not hit traffic. Then after the keys, trek to a second office for the parking pass before heading to the condo 10 minutes away. Could be more streamlined. Amenities such as a "starter kit" of toiletries and laundry detergent were left, but sparse. They neglected to leave detergent and I ended up having to go out and bye my own. But, other than that the property is in a great location and it's comfortable and nice.

Vacation Rental

The rental unit was average with respect to amenities and cleanliness. The location is excellent......close to shopping, grocery stores, casinos and the lake. Three flights of stairs made work of bringing groceries and other items up to the kitchen, dining and living room areas. We had a reasonably nice stay. Would probably seek a single level rental in the future!

Perfect birthday

We had an excellent time for my birthday celebration. My daughters and families came from Texas and Oakland Hills. We went snowmobiling through Tahoe Adventures. So much fun. Condo was nice and cozy. Would come back again.

Once again VRBO came up with The right property at the right price for our reunion of family from both coasts. The quality of the venue was as advertised, and the 18” of snow was the PERFECT accent.

Nice place

We enjoyed the property and most of our 7 day stay, but there were a couple of minor problems. Yes, it does look like the pictures and it is a nice place. Yes, it is three stories so if you have mobility problems it will be a problem. When we checked in we found a couple of minor things broken, which I reported. Also one of my grandchildren dropped an item in their room, and under the bed looked as it had not been vacuumed in a while. Communication with the property management was good and easy. Check in was a two step process. First you have to check in with the property management office, at specific hours on check in day, at a different location than the property. Then, you have to check in with the property Home Owners Association who give you the parking pass and have forms you have to fill out to use the property pool/common area. The location was great. As the Renter, the rental rules state you have quiet time hours and if you get two complaints you will be evicted. It would be nice if those rules also applied to the other people who live in the surrounding properties. The property next door had a loud party one night and the next night just decided to have a loud conversations. We could have done without them. The pool is nice and there are hiking trials that connect to the property overall. The townhouse/condo was good for our family with all the bedrooms and will be considered again when we return to Lake Tahoe.

Perfect Tahoe weekend cottage for a larger group

This property was super convenient for our group visiting Kirkwood and Heavenly for a day of skiing. Great hot tub at the welcome center and comfortable rooms. Nice open living room / kitchen / dining room combination

Plenty of room for our group of 12!

Perfect for our group, kitchen/living/dining room area was beautiful! More than enough towels/blankets, kitchen well stock, close to everything! Staff from the HOA was friendly and very helpfull, Staff from the Property Management company was also helpfull, I called them a couple of time asking for help with a couple of issues, they called me back right away! This property has 3 levels so it can be challenging for elderly people. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place!

We were very pleased with this place. It was clean and supplied very well. The three levels are a little work, but not a huge negative factor. We were there for the snow and it's fairly close to Heavenly which is nice! I can't say enough praise for the people at Sierra Tahoe Rentals- both Christina and Tom were so friendly and so very helpful too!! The only improvement would be to change the check-out time from 10:00 to 11:00. :-) All in all we would definitely stay here again!
