"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. Street parking can sometimes be tricky but that is Lawrenceville for you, overall no issues and we were always able to find a spot within a few blocks and often right outside. There was plenty of space for our family of four; each kid had their own room upstairs (would consider bringing a baby gate if you have a toddler; stairs are also carpeted too) and we all slept great. "This was a great place to stay for our family of 4 for a couple days exploring the city. The place was very clean and spacious. The kids had their own room with their own bathroom on one floor and us parents the same on another level. Parking on nearby streets was free and easy. There's an awesome brewery next door and a great bakery a few doors down. Great location for seeing many of the sights by walking. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Pittsburgh!"
