We (family of 2 adults, 3 children) spent wonderful days in Zambrone. The villa is perfectly as described - just the surround view over the bay of Tropea and the Stromboli is simply better than any description. The villa, the garden and the pool are super clean. The well sorted kitchen, individual aircon in every room and the very nice garden area with various seating possibilities all contribute to wonderful and relaxing holidays. The 10 houses are a „gated community“, the villa itself features another gate - everything is super safe and calm. Beautiful beaches, restaurants in Zambrone, Tropea and Pizzo are all within a short drive. Special thanks to Alberto for the perfect local service! Clear recommendation from out side for Villa Chiara - thanks for wonderful 2 weeks!

Unser Urlaub in der Casa Chiara war traumhaft schön, das Haus ist sehr schön und der Ausblick wunderbar. In der kleinen Anlage ist es sehr ruhig, keiner stört den anderen. Auch als Ausgangslage für schöne Buchten und am Abend nach Tropea oder Pizzo fahren ist es sehr gut. Alberto hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles gut erklärt. Auf alle Fälle einen Urlaub wert!!

Janice is a gracious & perfect host. Her villa is exceptional! Truly a piece of heaven on earth! The listing is just as presented- only the pictures can not come close to capture the views - they are breathtaking! The villa is beautifully decorated with every convenience thought of. Janice even had weights for a quick workout if you desired. The villa was exceptionally clean & comfortable. The pool is beautiful & just steps away! Zambrone is a beautiful southern Italian town with warm welcoming residents, a cafe, restaurants & beaches! The beaches are truly paradise - as an avid traveler the beaches in Zambrone are the best we have ever been to. Janice's restaurants recommendations were superb! I can not say enough of our time in this villa in Zambrone! I am grateful for our time in Zambrone - thank you so much Janice - the memories we have made will live in our hearts for a lifetime!

It’s a gorgeous property with plenty of room and beautiful views. Beds were comfortable. It has everything that you need. For an American it took a little while to get used to how to operate some of the appliances. But after figuring it out everything went well. Unfortunately we had very bad weather and left early. Both the caretaker and the owner were always immediately available for questions. We wanted to discover some less popular spots in Italy. It’s a beautiful part of Italy, less touristy, not a lot of the English spoken which was fine since I was trying to improve my Italian. It’s a very rugged and rustic part of Italy. Very mountainous and the roads leave something to be desired. But the Villa is lovely it has everything one would need for a vacation.

Wundervoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einem sensationellen Blick auf's Meer, Stromboli und auf traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt war vorhanden - auch wenn man mit 6 Personen reist, in einer tollen Qualität und mit viel Geschmack. Viel Platz drinnen und im Garten. Und selbst bei kühlen Temperaturen konnte man es gut aushalten, da das Haus sogar mit einer Heizung ausgestattet war. Sehr zu empfehlen und dank Alberto fühlten wir uns auch immer bestens betreut.

Majestic views, stunning sunsets and easy access to the town of Zambrone, Tropes and Pizzo. This home is lovely modern with a fine, workable kitchen, tiled bathrooms and comfortable rooms. With a large community pool (shared by a few homes) and lots of lounge chairs, we enjoyed sitting outside where bright flowers and tasteful landscaping dotted the perimeter of the property. It was spotlessly clean and check in easy.

It was easy to rent the property online, and Janice, the host, answered all of our questions in advance. The villa appears to be close to brand new, and is in excellent condition. The villa is well equipped with the basics, and there are several small markets at the bottom of the hill -- 5 minute drive-- where you can purchase food to cook/eat if you don't plan to eat out every day. The villa is in a small hilltop complex with 6-8 similar villas, but each has their own separate property. They share a common pool area, which is quite nice. The location, in Marina de Zambrone, is in between Tropea and Pizzo, both worth visiting. You can also schedule tours of the area, including to the nearby Aeolian Islands, through tour companies in either one of the towns. We stayed in the villa for one week, and enjoyed every minute of it.

We rented the villa with friends from September 19th to September 26th 2020. Due to the excellent communication with Janice, the owner, we were well informed about the villa and the area before we even arrived. Our expectations were high, but in reality they were even exceeded. We, 5 adults, 2 couples and a single, felt very, very comfortable in casa Chiara. The villa offers so much space that we can walk through the 4 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms. Due to the great layout of the villa, everyone had their own privacy but we were still together. Due to the time of year, we always had the beautiful pool area with the large jacuzzi to ourselves. The pool area is another highlight in the area, very spacious, very clean and invites you to relax. The house is very beautiful inside and out and very tastefully decorated. On the terrace there are new loungers, a large hammock and lots of large parasols. The view of the sea and the volcano, Stromboli, from the terrace of the villa and from the roof terrace is simply great. We also really liked the location in Zambrone. The beach is quick to get to, and Pizzo and Tropea are quick to get to. We had dinner at several restaurants in the area and it was good everywhere. For me personally, I was in the pasta and seafood paradise :-)) It was so nice that we decided to come back next year. Finally, thanks again to Janice. Hans-Georg and friends

Traumhafte Villa mit super und sehr edler Ausstattung. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen genau den realen Gegebenheiten. Der Pool ist direkt hinter dem Haus und die traumhafte Aussicht auf den Stromboli fasziniert jeden Abend aufs neue. Tolle Badestrände und leckere Restaurants ganz in der Nähe und gut mit dem Mietwagen zu erreichen. Wir hatten auch einen sehr netten und direkten Kontakt zur Vermieterin Janice und vor Ort zu Alberto. Dieser hilft einem bei Fragen sehr schnell weiter. Unterwegs waren wir mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einer super schönen Villa. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! @Janice: We had a great time! Thank you very much.

La villa è molto moderna, in posizione panoramica eccezionale. Si possono vedere splendidi tramonti sul mare perfino dalla camera da letto principale , che è veramente spettacolare! I bagni sono tutti e tre molto confortevoli, così come il salone sempre con vista mare. La posizione è tranquilla e si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti di auto le più belle località della zona (Tropea, Pizzo, Capo Vaticano). Il giudizio non può che essere positivo. C'è solo un particolare che non riguarda la villa ma le modalità di restituzione della cauzione che vogliamo segnalare affinché possa essere migliorato ! Abbiamo saldato il conto della prenotazione il 22 luglio (cauzione compresa), fatto la vacanza dal 23 al 30 agosto e ad oggi (16 settembre) la cauzione non risulta ancora rimborsata! Tempi così lunghi per la restituzione di una cauzione non li abbiamo mai trovati, credo si possa trovare per il futuro una soluzione migliore.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto piacevole.. La casa si trova in una posizione panoramica a metà strada tra Briatico e Tropea. La vista e’ mozzafiato e la posizione molto tranquilla.

Casa Chiara è un sogno assoluto.Le due settimane che abbiamo trascorso in Casa Chiara hanno superato tutte le nostre aspettative. La Vista è gigantesca ,sia dal giardino che dal solarium,ancora più bella di come appare in foto. Un’ambiente favoloso, gli incredibili tramonti,la casa è dotata di ogni confort ed è arredata con grande gusto e attenzione a tutti i dettagli. A far da cornice a tutto ciò, la squisita gentilezza e cortesia del Sig. Alberto e della proprietaria Janise.

Unsere Familie verbrachte eine sehr entspannte Woche in der Casa Chiara - gut ausgestatte Küche, schöne Zimmer, ausreichend Gartenmöbel, tadellose Internetverbindung und grandiose Sonnenuntergänge. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in kurzer Zeit den Strand und eine Gelateria/Bar. Das Dorf Zambrone ist auch zu Fuss erreichbar, wo man sich mit frischem Brot fürs Frühstück eindecken kann. Casa Chiara ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren super. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Stromboli ist wunderschön. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden. Vielen Dank an Janice für die Tipps. Am Marinella Beach muss man gewesen sein. Auch vielen Dank an Alberto, für den freundlichen Empfang und dass er uns am Ortseingang von Zambrone abgeholt hat.

We are 2 families, 4 adults, 4 teenagers who enjoyed an amazing week in a stunning Calabrian villa. This modern villa has everything that you need to make your stay stress free. It is slightly off the beaten track but that ensures peace and the most stunning of clifftop scenery. The views need to be seen to be believed, it is just gorgeous to be able to sit and watch the sun set over the sea every evening in a sky filled with oranges, pinks, reds. One evening we actually saw Stomboli erupting in the distance! It is only a short drive to Tropea which is a beautiful town with great restaurants and shops and the local beach at Zambrone is a short drive away, where you will find crystal clear waters warm enough to walk straight into. There is also a lovely pool at the villa if you do not want to venture far. This area of Italy is not to be missed! Thank you Janice for all of your help, you and Alberto made everything very easy for us. We will be back! :)

Nota dolente... Sono volati 11 giorni. Immobile stupendo e prezzo congruo. Tutto quello che può servire li c'è, dalla biancheria, anche per piscina e mare, agli oggetti per tutti i giorni. Proprietaria molto cordiale e reattiva nel rispondere. Alberto una persona molto gentile e disponibile... Immobile nel complesso come da descrizione, anzi... Di più. Bellissimo giardino sintetico , piscina e un panorama a dir copo favoloso... Sicuramente se avrò la possibilità ci ritornerò e di corsaa

Everything was very good. Living area, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Main bedroom with breathtaking view. Well equipped kitchen. Nice swimming pool. Only few minutes drive to the beach. Close to tropea. And friendly staff to help us out. A place to come back to !

Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr gute Betten, sehr große Bäder, Tolle Möbel drinnen wie draußen. Tolle Aussicht nicht zu viel versprochen! Gerne wieder.

We spent 10 nights in beautiful Calabria with our 3 small kids. The house was perfect for us, clean, spacious. It had everything we needed. The amazing views from the terrace, from the roof top, from the master bedroom....honestly, to die for! The reality its even better than the photos! Thank you Janice for the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday at your place, the kids already miss the sea, the food and the views from the house. If you really want to feel the true sense of living, come to Calabria and sleep a few nights in this house, you wont regret it :)
