Amazing customer experience
I booked a women’s dorm. Due to a glitch in their end, they had me reserved for a mixed dorm, and the women’s dorm was all booked up so they couldn’t get me in there. Normally when something like this happens in an indie hostel you’re screwed. But instead, they upgraded me to their nicest private room! What great customer service! The room was fantastic and the people were great, central location, hopping bar—can’t complain!

The lockers were a good size to fit a large back pack. Located right next to a tram stop and close to the main tourist attractions. I often had to wait for the toilet/shower as there is just 1 toilet and 2 showers for 12 females. The dorms were cleaned regularly and you could always find a staff person if you needed them.

Great Place with Great Location
Stayed in the 6 person room for a family vacation. Kids loved staying in the loft and bunk beds. Most things you want to do in Zagreb are walking distance. Only time we needed a cab was to get to airport and the staff helped us set that up. Bar upstairs was great place to end the evening. Waitstaff was super friendly and the drinks were good.

This Hostel is Upscale with a bar, breakfast dining, bike rental, super location, informative staff and many options for rooms. It could not have been better. We only had a very short time due to our schedules, but will return here again in the future. Things to know: they provide sheets, blankets, soap, shower gel/shampoo, had free shot at the bar and wonderful recommendations for dining & entertainment in the city. Even with all this activity - it was not loud at all. Very good nights sleep.

11인실 썼는데 어딘지 모르게 자꾸 담배냄새 들어와요 자려고 누웠는데 간접흡연이라니 개싫음.. 그리고 사진처럼 침대에 툭 튀어나온 못있어서 식겁했어요 위치랑 가격만 보고 가실 분들에겐 괜찮아요

A- hostel. Highly recommended.
Very good hostel. Atmosphere and location are excellent. Beds are not so comfortable and the privacy curtains are almost worthless as the contain major gaps. Pretty easy to fix it they want to. Restaurant downstairs is fantastic, staff is great and the pool is a nice touch when it's warm outside.

Comfort stay locally
This hostel has everything you could possibly need including a bar and pool. Everything is clean,colorful and fun. Staff were excellent and will help you out if you need them. I would recommend anyone who comes to the city to stay here.

Nice people, nice staff. Must be nice in the summer and without covid. You got a bar and terrasse and also a nice asian fusion restaurant. At the time there were closing at 22. Unfortunately it is the same for kitchen and common room. After 22 you don't have common room :/ Beds are hard, not so good, homemade. But staff was great, even got a video for late check-in by myself :)

Hôtel excellemment situé en plein centre de Zagreb. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et joliment décorées. Le gros point fort de cet établissement est son bar. Ambiance, deco, cocktails, tout est parfait!

도미토리를 많이 다니지는 않았지만 스텝직원분들도 너무 친절하고 화장실과 샤워실이 여자 남자 따로 있어서 이용할때 겹치지 않아 너무 좋았습니다 . 가격대비 완전 강추 입니다 . 시설도 깔끔하고 침대가 약간 꺼지는거 말고는 완전 좋아요 !!!위치도 반 옐라치치광장 걸어서 5분거리여서 관광하기도 완전 좋아요 .

One of the nicest hostels I've ever been on. Great location, awesome staff and amenities! Only thing I would say is maybe fix the ac? I find very inadequate. It was very hot in the room during my stay

6번트램 정거장 바로 앞인데 구글 길찾기가 정류장을 잘못 알려줘서 비오는데 헤맸어요 꼭 위치키고 찾아가세요 규모에 비해 여자 화장실 하나 샤워실 두개 뿐이었지만 전 안겹치고 잘 썼어요 수건 작은건 무료에요 큰건 유료 침대 매트리스가 푹꺼져요 교체가 시급합니다

Položaj, ljubaznost osoblja, urednost, odnos cijene i kvalitete usluge sjajna. Jedina zamjeka je bila kod plaćanja karticom, plaćeno istoga dana preko Hotels com, nije bilo vidljivo da je sprovedeno pa sam trebao platiti još jednom drugoga jutra , na odlasku. Nadam se da je riješivo
