Dear Anna,Thank you for your stay at the Miramare Hotel. We are all so confused regarding your comment that the area is derelict, We are located in one of Zadar's most coveted neighborhoods. Directly across the street from another 4-star hotel bordering the charming Arbanasi enclave with its charming red rooftops. Directly across the street on the poolside is an architectural gem. Granted, that building needs renovating, but it's absolutely stunning, even in its somewhat gritty state. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. We hope to see you again soon,

Now we have more plants, and the existing plants and trees are filling out and look amazing. There is so much new artwork from our local artist, Frane Prtenjaca.
