The house was fantastic! The images online matched exactly and was so clean. There was enough space for all of us and we loved the outdoor space. The firepit was a huge hit, we used it every night. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans in the bedroom were an added perk. Communication with the host could not have been any better, truly. We all had a great stay!

The property was very nice and looked as advertised. We did have an issue with the water heater, but I was able to relight it fairly easily. Might be more of a problem in the future though. The manager let us check out late for free, so that kinda made up for it. Overall, happy with our stay.

We stayed here as a family with our two young children and grandparents. The house was perfect. Loved the layout and having the double beds in one room was great for my daughters. The backyard was so spacious and fully fenced in which was perfect for our dog. There was a pool table and a lot of seating and shade. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The garage was giant and able to easily fit our cars. The location was great, being close to stores and restaurants. We were attending a wedding in Pioneer Town and it took about 15-20 to get there. We did need to message the host for heating the hot tub but they were always immediately responsive and being familiar with the area and rentals I understand the why. I would highly recommend a stay here!

We really enjoyed the stay with friends and family. The neighborhood is quiet. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed watching the sun rise and set on this beautiful property. The rooms were very spacious and there were plenty of restrooms. The living room was spacious. We enjoyed making s'mores over the outdoor firepit. Will plan to come back here!

2nd Stay

We stayed at this property a year ago also. The layout of the outdoor grounds is really nice. The inside is great too! Looking forward to staying again next year. Great Communication also!

Perfectly location

We had an excellent stay at this property! It was perfectly located for all of our day excursions in the area. Was easy access to Joshua Tree and Pioneer town. We loved coming back to the house in the afternoon/evening and enjoying the pool, hot tub And other outdoor activities. There’s ample space and privacy. The hosts checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. And always responded quickly with any questions we had. If we ever travel back to the area would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful outdoor space & close to Joshua Tree

My family and I really enjoyed this Yucca Valley property! The outdoor space was fantastic with a lovely pool and hot tub, gas grill, fire pit, pool table, and various sitting areas. The bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The home is very close to grocery stores and a 20 minute drive from the West Entrance to Joshua Tree. Quin was super responsive and very committed to making it a great stay! We hope to return in the future!

Beautiful property near Joshua Tree

We spent a few days at this property and it was so relaxing and beautiful! Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The backyard is lovely - lots of fun spaces to hang out. The pool and the spa were very clean and the hosts were able to heat the pool for us which was great. Hosts were very attentive and checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again or at one of the other properties managed by this team. Thank you for a relaxing vacation!

Family trip to enjoy Joshua Tree

This home was perfect for our recent family trip. My family of four (including two kids ages 10 & 12), my sister’s family of four (including two kids ages 7 & 9), and my mother all stayed here together. The two rooms with king beds were perfect for the couples, the room with a queen bed was perfect for my mother, and all four kids stayed in the room with two double beds.The pool table, hot tub, fire table, and heat lamps were all very appreciated by our group when we were outdoors in the lovely backyard of the property. The kitchen was large with many amenities that we enjoyed for making meals, including the Keurig & all needed pots, pans, and plenty of plates, mugs, bowls, basic spices/oil, etc. The dining table is large for a big group and we all fit comfortably for meals and games. There is a big open corner in the living room that would be perfect for a game/puzzle table to go (we love bringing a puzzle on family trips and ended up using the end of the dining table, but would have been great to have a separate table for it so it didn’t impose upon mealtimes). It was lovely to return here after hiking around Joshua Tree national park. I would definitely choose to stay here again with a group of people coming to Joshua Tree for a few nights. Communication from the host was clear, timely, and they were very responsive and professional.

The property was the right size for our family. It was clean and close to many places in the Joshua Tree area. Also reasonably close to Joshua Tree park.

Great on paper- but.......No

First- very clean, well kept, nice neighborhood, and amenities galore. Cool! That was about it for us. We're all working professionals with 2 kids- and additionally- I get that this is a business. Everything seems to be an upsell- in an off putting kind of way. Don't expect anything more than what's written- period. I've never had to check in later and pushed to check out earlier. 4pm and before 10am. Felt like this place should instead charge by the hour. The property manager seemed to check in- but felt like a backhanded way to remind us of the rules and policies. Anyway- to the main bummer. 10pm outdoor curfew folks. We had planned to sit outside and watch a meteor shower and then were reminded by the property manager- via a motion sensing outdoor camera that we are to be inside at 10pm. Sorry- for the money- this should be explicitly stated in the listing. We won't be back.

Very nice but could use a refresh

Home was very nice but shows wear. Could use a refresh as well as a deep clean. Shower heads very low and drainage an issue in one bathroom. Location was excellent and amenities very nice.

Beautiful home!

We had a great time. The house is beautiful and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The location is perfect! We came to town to visit friends and see a couple shows at Pappy & Harriet’s. This house was perfect for all this. The only thing is we weren’t able to sit in the hot tub at night and enjoy the cooler part of the day due to quiet time outside being 10pm. But we stall and an amazing time and would stay here again.

Beautiful house with a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had a group of 4 of us and we enjoyed having space to spread out and relax. The one downside is that in order to use the hot tub you need to text the property manager to turn it on and it turns off after 2 hrs. Also you can't use it after 10pm.

Great house near Joshua Tree National Park

My parents, wife, two teens, and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house itself is great, with many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the six of us. The dining areas and grounds were as described. Joshua Tree National Park is close by and worth a visit.

Short getaway

Communication was excellent. The backyard was very cozy due to the fire pit, layout and furnishings. Need to come back in the summer time to enjoy the pool.

Great getaway - gorgeous house

We had a lovely stay at this house. The host was very responsive which was great. Loved the heated pool, hot tub, big rooms etc. Great location to beautiful hikes. The only thing I wish was different was being able to get a later checkout. Checkout was at 10am with check-in at 4pm. I wish the host was a bit more flexible about this especially given one of our friends wasn't feeling too well. Other than this, we would recommend this place.
