Elevate is a modern home with clean lines, and dark accents that let the desert light take center stage. Ascend the driveway to your hilltop home with high ceilings, & open layout set on a full acre in a developing neighborhood, this two bedroom home strikes a balance between privacy and proximity, with a pool, hot tub and game room complete with pool table and lounging made for slow days and lively nights beneath a sky built for stargazing.



The Space:

From the moment you step inside, Elevate feels open and unhurried. Floor to ceiling slider windows flood the main living area with natural light, while the pairing of white walls and dark accents keeps the interior feeling crisp and intentional rather than sparse. Mornings here are quiet, with sunrise pouring in through the open sliders and washing the home in soft, early light. As the day turns to evening, the desert sky takes over, painting the pool in shifting color at golden hour before giving way to a clear night made for tracing constellations from the yard.



-Outdoor Amenities-



Outside, the landscaping is manicured and thoughtfully arranged, a clean counterpoint to the open desert beyond. The pool is the heart of it all, a spot to spend the better part of an afternoon and to return to at sunset, when the sky's colors reflect across the water. When the sun goes down, the firepit becomes the natural gathering point, and the in ground hot tub offers a warmer, quieter place to unwind. An outdoor couch rounds out the lounge area for guests who'd rather stretch out and take in the view, and the grill makes it easy to cook a meal without stepping far from the action. Once night falls, this acre of desert opens up for genuine stargazing, one of the moments guests tend to remember most.



NOTE: We do have a Hot Tub heating fee of $50 a day to help offset the rising fuel while offering the option to opt in or out of hot tub usage to adhere to each individual guests needs!

If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive.



July through September - $250 each day.

October through June - $300 each day.





-Living Area-



The main living room is spacious and open concept, anchored by those floor to ceiling windows that keep the space feeling connected to the outdoors. It's an easy place to settle in with a smart TV for a movie night or simply to unwind after a day spent by the pool.



-Additional Living Area-



Just off the main house, the garage has been converted into a game room with direct access to the pool area. A pool table and foosball table make it a natural gathering spot, with its own TV and lounge seating for guests who want a change of scene without leaving the property.



-Kitchen & Dining-



The kitchen is open concept and modern, outfitted with new appliances, cookware and cooking supplies, along with spices, oils and other complimentary items to make cooking easier. A coffee setup is ready for slow mornings, and the six seat dining table, paired with breakfast bar seating, gives the whole group room to gather for a meal together.



-Bedroom & Bathroom-



Both bedrooms are outfitted with king beds and their own en suite bathrooms, giving guests privacy and their own space to settle into. The first bedroom carries the home's modern palette of blacks and beiges through its décor. Between the two en suites and an additional guest bathroom, there are three bathrooms in total, each with a walk in shower.



-Surrounding Area-



Elevate sits in a tucked away, peaceful neighborhood that's still developing, close enough to town to be convenient but far enough removed to feel like a true getaway. The main stretch of town is about five minutes away, with Joshua Tree National Park roughly 12 miles out and Pioneertown around 10 miles from the house. Palm Springs is about 30 miles away, with the airport a bit further at 38 miles.

The entire property is yours to enjoy! Please note there are locked closets on site that are not included with your stay



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed. Please note that Elevate is in a remote location, and the last 2 miles to the home are dirt roads, so please take it slow. The dirt roads are maintained, and a four-wheel drive car is not necessary, but please note that the dirt road conditions vary and may have bumps and ruts, particularly after rainstorms.



Other Things to Note:

-Pool Heating-

Pool heating is available for a fee of $250 and must be requested in advance.



-Hot Tub Heating-

The in ground hot tub can be heated for a fee of $50 per day. To protect your health and safety, as well as the integrity of the hot tub and linens, all guests are required to shower before and after using the hot tub. Please do not allow pets of any kind or size in the hot tub. Plastic cups have been provided for outdoor use, and no glass is permitted in or around the water features. Please note that if the water is left in poor condition due to misuse, an additional cleaning or maintenance fee may be charged to restore the hot tub to its proper condition for future guests.



-Pet Policy-

We welcome your furry canine friend! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $1000. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed without written permission.



- Smoking Policy -

No smoking inside the home or within 10ft of any doors, windows, or sliders in permitted. Smoke residue or smell will result in excessive cleaning fees



-Security Camera-

For safety, there is one exterior security camera located at the front of the home, facing the driveway. It does not face any private guest areas.

-Desert Wildlife & Safety Tips-

This home is located in the rural desert, where guests share the landscape with the wildlife that naturally calls this area home. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes or, if you're lucky, even a bobcat during your stay. Please remain aware of your surroundings and give wildlife plenty of space if encountered. We also recommend keeping doors closed when possible and supervising children and pets while outdoors. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.



- Photoshoots & Video -

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.



- Noise Ordinance -

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am; no external speakers, music or excessive noise permitted. Any noise related fines or disturbance fees will be relayed back to the guest.



-Late Check Out-

Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.
