"We had a lovely stay in this heritage property in York. Check-in was easy and all communication with the hosts was timely and friendly and helpful. The house is in a great location. We did not have a car and easily walked or took city buses to/from the train station and attractions. "Having stayed there for the second time this year and numerous occasions in the last 49 years , This stay was special the only downside for me is the stairs leading to the apartment, perhaps next time I should book the ground floor one as my wife has MS , apart from this it was a perfect stay ."

"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. "Everything about our stay, there was fantastic except the weather. It was in the 90s and of course there’s no air-conditioning but that’s not their fault hahah 10/10 would recommend. "

"Location was hard to find, had to ask someone in a local shop. It is not accessible and up cobbled steps. We had two dogs and a 6 month old in a pram so that was difficult to navigate. The yard space was okay to let the dogs out and there is a gate but it was always being left open by others so if you have dogs who like to run off, this is not good.
