Elegir otro sitio, este no vale las pena!!!!!
El sitio es muy bonito pero todo lo demás es horrible: las cabinas están muy apartadas del centro y no hay iluminación, no hay sitios comunes donde jugar o charlar por la noche, no hay Wifi, no limpian las cabinas, el comedor es una fábrica y la comida es inaceptable..... todo eso por un precio cercano a las 400US$ por noche!!!!!!

Muy mala relación calidad/precio. Conexión wifi inexistente, habitaciones sin TV ni microondas. Limpieza escasa y habitaciones viejas y con mal mantenimiento. Entiendo que al estar dentro de un parque natural allá algunas limitaciones pero la limpieza y algunas comodidades del alojamiento deberían ser mejor y las habitaciones mejor equipadas por el precio que se paga.

Mal hotel y restaurante aún peor
El hotel está viejo, descuidado, el baño no tiene apariencia de estar limpio, hule a humedad y viejo. El restaurante es lo peor, hay que hacer una fila de 30-40 min para poder comer, la comida no es sabrosa, parece un comedor universitario. El desayuno es aún peor, filas largas y la comida mala, los huevos tienen apariencia de llevar ahí varios días. Esto es increíble ya que uno paga por un hotel de calidad y no lo es. Terrible experiencia.

A brilliant place to stay when in Yellowstone, the location is ideal for exploring the whole park and the rooms are comfy, spacious and clean. Really appreciated having a warm bath everyday and the staff were really helpful.

We loved being able to stay inside Yellowstone park. We could travel many places and still be near our lodge. The crowds were small in October. The only thing we didn't realize was the limited food options. Most eating places were closed for the season. We had just planned on buying all our meals, but decided we need to make a short stop exit of the park in Gardiner, Montana and get lunch and breakfast supplies at a grocery store. The weather was great and really enjoyed out trip.

No one told us that the area was in a shut down due to snow we had to do all the asking Also had some food of our own asked to heat up in there microwave they said they could not The food choices were terrible do understand that it is off season but they couldn’t seem to accommodate us at all Most hotels you stay in have microwaves this one does not even any TV We were stuck at the hotel with no other food choices

Every employee was very friendly and helpful. Canyon was a great place to stay for me. Everything in the park is with an hour to an hour and a half away.

The price for this property is ABSURD. Especially in the off season, the staff seemed unprepared for people, the rooms are basic, their are no amenities really, the dinning option is disgusting and is reminiscent of a 1950s school cafeteria. And the food to match. The shop in the hotel was suppose to be open at 6am, at 6:35 I went to get coffee and they hadn’t even turned on the coffee machines to make anything. The $340 price tag is a joke.

The room was room was comfortable and clean. Our only issue was the lack of availability for food due to it being so close to the end of the season. My feeling is that if it is open then everything should be available.

Two weeks before closing for season and with very few guests, it was very noisy. Dog barked nonstop in room nearby, could hear everything in room next door. Dining options limited to the cafeteria, which served the same 4 reheated dishes each of the 4 nights we were there. Final night grabbed a premade egg salad sandwich in the gift shop, and it was frozen solid.

Unfortunately the property is in need of an update. There is no real thermostat in the room, they warn you about the Internet when you check in, and while the facility is quaint, modernization is really needed. In addition only having frozen pizzas and sandwiches pre packaged offsite as the offseason dining options at the hotel is really embarrassing. A walk to the restaurant up the street, yielded a choice of pasta or pasta.

The Canyon Lodge is the only hotel in the part that offers almost full-day dining. It was very convenient if you didn't prepare some quick food for lunch in the park.

We enjoyed our stay at Canyon Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park in early October. The location was perfect for exploring the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone and other sights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had mini fridges and ice machines. There was no TV or wi-fi, but we liked the quiet and natural atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the food. The Canyon Eatery had a very limited and low-quality menu. The Canyon Lodge M66 Grill was closed. We had to drive elsewhere for better food. We recommend this place for anyone who wants to be inside the park and doesn’t mind paying more for convenience and comfort.

Rooms were adequate. Pillows were awful, we each needed three pillows to equal a regular pilllow, and we woke up sore. Lack of any couch or comfy chairs made it difficult to just “chill.” It’s a place to sleep, that’s it. It’s clean, and nice, and beautiful. However, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. It’s the perfect spot, so close to everything. Food around the area is meh.

Great location in the park but the room was filthy (hair in the shower, very dirty bathroom floor) and it took 3 days to have it cleaned (we were told housekeeping was not automatically daily, so we had to request it, which we did). The fridge also didn’t work and our food spoiled.

Canyon Lodge is located inside Yellowstone National Park, it is centrally located providing reasonable access to various areas of Yellowstone. Rooms are great! Food options, as is the case with most National parks, is limited. Will difinatly will stay here again.

My room was next to the lobby and the sliding outside door were very loud. Luggage rolling over the tile floor was loud also. Some of the restaurants were closed. Every meal they were out of something, but the prices were still very high. I understand it was late in the season but all the rooms rented so they needed to keep the stock up.

While the room was basic, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend just to have the opportunity to see the park in early and late hours that you miss not staying in the park.

Bel hôtel, très chère pour une nuit sachant que le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris. Belle chambre mais isolation à revoir, sol qui tremble quand on marche. Personnel à l'accueil pas agréable. Restauration à proximité avec du choix mais qui ferme tôt.
