"Clean, very nice accommodations. Perfect fo a couple. The only negative we had was the noise that came from the attached home. Not sure what had to ne made, cooked, attended to, ect so aggressively in the kitchen (there's a locked door separating the space), but the noise was kind of overbearing at times. Otherwise, it was a great stay and i highly recommend."

"The house was smelly. It was way overpriced for what you get. Good luck getting any sleep as the knocking sounds from the furnace are incredibly loud. Do not stay here."

"The house was amazing. The game room was a big hit with my boys. We loved that it was off a main road but still quiet enough. If we ever vacation in this area again, we will be renting this property again. Pool was nice, but a little to cold to swim in. Only down side was the master bed was a little to hard for us. Everything else was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!"

Not only is it close to the university (less than a mile), it has all the comforts and essentials to provide for an excellent stay. "Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...
