This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has plenty of space for a large family and was exactly as described. The host was quick to respond to all of my messages. We had a pleasant stay.

Had a few problems but the owner was quick to respond. The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed having a large yard and a very quiet neighborhood.

Great location to Dayton in a quiet subdivision. Large back porch area. Plenty of room in the house. Very clean. Easy to check in. Will look to stay again.

Vrbo,This property and owner need an alert warning. The property certainly has much potential in space, layout and some furnishings. There is a smoking smell that is embedded in the walls or furniture that was not tolerable for our party including one pregnant women and some children with breathing issues. The outside has tall weeds and a few issues showing lack of care. We had to vacate the property late at night as our party was in town for a conference and needed to rest. The owner must not be local as he was slow in responding. He did send a crew to do an ozone treatment the next day which covered the smell when we checked. After the trauma of a late night move and the busyness of our conference. We did not stay in the home. I would hope for some fair treatment from the owner of some discount since we were unsatisfied and did not stay in the VRBO

Beautiful open spacious house. Host was very responsive. Expectations of us were just to enjoy our time. Beautiful decor that was in good shape. Nice deck and yard out back.

Great floor plan and wonderful rear yard deck area. Family room with large tv away from bedrooms with 1/2 bath nearby. Shopping and dining very close. Will use this location again!!!

Great location

Very central location to go to Lavender Fields, Youngs Dairy & Bradeberry Winery. The home was very clean and spacious. Bedstands in every room would be great! Looks like a little construction is still going on? Overall great house. I'd stay again.

House is beautiful, very spacious and clean. We did have some issues with the door lock took a little bit to get in contact with the host but once I texted we found out the messages through VBRO he wasn't getting them. He reset the lock and everything was perfect.. I would definitely stay there again!!

Overall it allowed a nice place to gather with the family. Not enough towels, However host sent us some brand new ones which we needed to laaunder. Beds were very comfortable There were many stairs which was a bit of an issue for toddlers. The lawn needed mowing. Again it was a good place to gather.

Worked perfectly!

Omar was extremely helpful and communicated very well. Every time I had a question, he responded within minutes. House was in a nice neighborhood and close to everything we needed and/or wanted. The deck was nice to hang out on when the weather was nice. Thanks again!

Don't let this place fool you. It's not as clean as they portray it to be. The vents are caked with dust, the insides of some of the unused cabinets were dirty. There were many used seasonings, including an open bag of sugar and a giant bag of rice in one of the cabinets. The oven did not get hot. I tried for an hour trying to bake a pizza that should have been done in 16 min at 400 degrees. When I arrived the fridge was not even cold. I was scared to leave any food in it. The freezer was cold but not freezing. The frozen items we purchased to eat went soft, then refroze when the fridge and freezer finally got to the right temperature (sometime between 1am and 5am). There were holes in the wall behind the door in a couple of the bedrooms. There was tape put on the holes (host said he didn't have time to fix it before we arrived). There were broken/missing light fixtures. There was a syringe with "something" in it in the half bathroom. When I brought it up to the host, he said he couldn't believe there was a syringe because he helped clean that area. I sent him a picture of it (and everything else). There are wasps nests in the backyard. One of my family members was stung by wasp after being out back for only 3 minutes. And the host had the nerve to ask for a 10/10 review, in exchange for a 10/10 customerreview...no way!
