"Clean and cozy….nice stay overall"

"Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...

"A well priced and nice property near the National Museum of the US Air Force. I was able to walk to pick up dinner for our family both nights from some of the many locations less than a 1/2 mile away."

"Paid for 2 nights and stayed for 1. On a positive note the owner communicates well and provides all the information needed for check in. Unfortunately that was the only positive. The house is in a rather rundown neighbourhood. The photos of the interior were misleading as the unit is old and renovated to a low standard. "We booked this property in Sept of 2025 for our daughters graduation from UD, knowing that properties go fast and you need to plan ahead for this weekend. We arrived at 4 pm check in time, punched in the key code and surprised 2 people who had rented it for the week and had booked it just a week ago.The owner, SHELLY, was out of town.
