" Location was the only Plus !! We booked at this estate because it was offering Morning breakfast. It also showed a restaurant which offered Lunch and Dinner!! It was a total disappointment! When we contacted for the breakfast, the guy told us he will keep it outside our door. We expected breakfast that was already made but what we got was the ingredients to make breakfast! "Great place to stay. Staff very friendly, apartment was cleaned daily, the building was spotless and we loved the little coffee shop. We went for breakfast every morning. Pool area was beautiful and the views across Albert Park were spectacular. If you’re a sun lover, there’s not enough sun beds for the amount of people staying. We didn’t let it bother us though. Had a great time. "

"Location is ideal if you are attending any sporting events as it is on the border of AAMI park with easy access to Rod Laver arena and beyond. Richmond and all the bars and restaurants is just a corner away. I was very happy with the location. There is some road noise at night but nothing that limits your sleeping."
