Decent room, proper fridge in room, having foxtel was a nice bonus. The shower leaked from the door which meant the floor was always wet. Parking was tricky as we weren’t aware of height restrictions so we had to hope for a vacant park to fit our vehicle every time we left and came back. Liked that it was a separate bedroom to the main living area. Washer and dryer in the bathroom. Across the road from shopping centre which was helpful.

Excellent stay! The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and incredibly convenient. Having a full kitchen and laundry made everything so easy, and Westfield Knox directly across the road meant shops, supermarkets and everything I needed were close by. A fantastic location and a great home away from home. I’d happily stay again!

The apartment was very big, comfortable and well set up, particularly for the price. It was clean, although the dishwasher hadn't been unloaded and some of the dishes in the cupboard needed a bit of a wash. The curtain to the living area was semi-transparent though which was a little odd and I'm not sure how much could be seen in at night and the room looked directly into the windows of the next block. Also the balcony door didn't lock. None of these were really a problem just minor points. Overall excellent.

The room was clean but the lounge had all the covering flaking off had to go buy a blanket to cover it so we didnt get all black pieces on our clothing otherwise the room was okay

There was a lot to love but a lot was quite difficult too. When I arrived after a 3 hr drive (with 2 toddlers) there was no one at the front desk and the door was locked. This was at 4pm. I called the number and someone eventually came down to serve me after about 15-20 minutes. The room was a great size and exactly what we needed. Cleaning could have been better but not everyone has little ones crawling around the floor to find things. I’d come again though because the price was great and so was the room size.

Overall the facilities and accommodation were excellent. Communication with reception was not. Took a while to be let in and instructions for parking etc was quite vague.After booking in we discovered we weren't given the internet voucher and only had 2 towels for 3 of us. When I rang them I was told they ran out of towels for that day and would give us one tomorrow. This never happened so we had to buy one. Internet was fixed within 20 minutes. Although this happened I would recommend this place as it was comfortable and had everything you needed. It was close to shops and the indoor pool was great. The price was very reasonable for the inclusions. I would stay there again!!

Having own laundry service was perfect! Room was quiet even while being on a main road. Pool was perfect, we utilised the steam and sauna rooms. Everything was great!

Apartment was good but was unable to get the wi fi to the tv working and there was never anyone in reception to help. Had to take the quilt off bed as multiple nasty stains on it.

The property needs refurbishing .... even a coat of paint would help. Not the cleanest. Nobody EVER was at reception, to help / provide information store bags on departure etc. There WAS a telephone contact but it's a pain, when you compare it to a reception service. I paid for a trundler bed for 1 night, but no additional towel was provided.
