Great area! Nice and quiet! The check-in is exactly at 1500, so don’t come early! Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Manager of the property was amazing!

My stay here was amazing! The heater worked great and the staff was very helpful and showed us how to turn on the heaters. We were very thankful we had the opportunity to stay at this lovely place as well as see Mount Fuji from our dome.

The sink wouldn’t drain and the shower flooded the bathroom. Breakfast included a styrofoam container with cold sandwiches and curdled yogurt. Roughly half of the igloos were damaged and held together with duct tape.

This place was so awful! The whole site was like a ghost town! We were the only guests staying on the whole site, it was so eerie. Several of the pods were ripped and falling apart. Staff were not helpful, missing out telling us key information at check-in. Our pod was dirty, stains everywhere. The curtains were broken so we could not shut them properly at night meaning we did not have privacy. I had to tie the curtains together with my own hair accessories. In the middle of the night we had an issue and called the helpline only to find that all staff had left the site so we were completely by ourselves in the middle of the forest. The worst accommodation experience of my life.

We enjoyed our stay here ! The dome rooms were super cool! I took really nice photos here and was able to put together a nice video and received many good feedback! Weather was clear that day so we had a clear view of Fuji from our room! Staff was nice ! Just wish the breakfast was better !

テント内はとにかく暑い

７月に行きましたが、さすがに河口湖周辺は涼しいです。ただ宿泊施設の構造上エアコンが有るにも関わらず中は昼間は暑くて中に居られません。具体的には９時から５時まではテント内には居られないと思った方が良いです。日が沈むと急に涼しくなりバーベキューは楽しめました。

シャワーヘッドが壊れていて、シャワーを浴びるのが難しかった。 そのせいでお風呂場スペースが水浸しで使いにくかったです。 お部屋に小さくても良いのでテーブルが欲しかったです。 ドリンクバーの飲み物のチョイスがもう少しあれば良かったです。

We booked this place expecting a nice glamping getaway, but we checked out immediately after seeing the conditions. The whole resort felt like an abandoned ghost town. While our specific tent was in better shape than some others, the surrounding tents were completely shredded and falling apart, creating a very depressing and neglected atmosphere. ​The smell inside the tent was unbearable—a mix of dampness and lack of ventilation. Hygiene was non-existent: we found hair in the toilet and stains on the upholstery. The tents are also packed way too close together. Check-in was technically okay, but the staff spoke no English at all, making communication nearly impossible. We ended up paying for another hotel just to escape this place. Save your money and stay far away!

The big curtains didnt open for us and we were unaware of the space heater. We froze all night till we got up to check the heater settings and found the dpace heater. The main ac/heater did not work well in the winter. Very good views though.

Reasonable price compared to others

This hotel is nice staff are nice the location to see mt Fuji really good good location barbecue place is good but if winter you’re gonna be freezing your going to near of your grill for hot yourself,no outlet at barbecue grill for charging or some reason that electricity needsto use , you can bring here own barbecue to cook in this glamping place they have already things to use for barbecue and you can return no wash it’s ok,and breakfast here like a lunch box type I’m not a fan of bread without toast that’s why don’t know how it’s taste I didn’t eat but if you’re looking for glamping stay most reasonable price compared to other it’s cheaper

立地自体は良いところにあるので富士山も見えて星も綺麗で良かったのですが夜のLEDのセンスが遊園地ですか？っていう感じで酷い。 そのライトも22:30くらいにならないと消えないのでせっかくの夜の時間がうるさい。 あと部屋の暑さ！カーテンだけだと熱を吸収してるだけなのでエアコンがあるとはいえ賄いきれてないですね。球体の後ろ半分は白で塗装するなど色々とやりようはあると思う。 む室内に虫も多かったです🐛

We enjoyed the opportunity to really see Mt Fuji. The only downfall was the shower got water everywhere in the bathroom and took forever to dry. The room was also chilly at night. The blankets were very warm though so in bed was great, but getting out was very chilly.

客室は天井から星が見えるということでしたが、天井の窓が汚れているのか星があまり見えませんでした。 部屋の設備に関しては、トイレがスケスケです。シャワールームは多少見えないようにはなっていましたが、トイレはドアを閉めても丸見えでした。また、シャワーを使うとトイレの方まで水が漏れてきてトイレを使う際床が洪水状態です。 写真にも掲載されていますが、ベッドについてです。口コミにラグジュアリーな感じです。と書いてありますが、ベッドはラブホのようです。取り壊されたラブホからソファやベッドを持ってきたかのようなデザインでした。ベッド上部のコンセントをつけるところにはスピーカーが備え付けられており、ライトや音楽を変えられるボタンがありましたが、どちらも機能しません。 カップルで利用したい！記念日に利用したいという方はこの施設の近くにあるグランピング施設の方が良いかもしれません。 最後になりますが、この施設から車で3分くらいのところに温泉があります。お風呂はこちらを利用した方が良いかもしれません。

あいにくの曇りで星は見れませんでしたがとても良い施設でした。 一点、シャワー室が気になりました。 シャワーを掛ける場所が高い位置にしかないので子供は使い辛いですし、シャンプーなどは床に直置きなので使いづらかったです。 トイレはウォシュレット無しで流すのも流しにくい感じでした。 それ以外はとても良く子供も大人も大満足でした！ また天気のいい頃に来たいです。

Our stay was great. The staff was great. It was raining but we still had a great time. The room felt huge and was comfortable with heat and air. The curtains worked great. It's great to have an entire grill area to yourself. Just bring some food to grill. There's a small market within walking distance (.5mile) that has things like deer sausage and veggies. There's also a restaurant next to the market. You'll have to walk to get here or take a taxi but the bus stops are about half a mile away. We only had backpacks so walking through the countryside was a nice and relaxing treat for us.

Spennende opplevelse å bo i telt foran nydelige Fuji. Mange av teltene har ikke utsikt, men man kan gå ut og se fjellet fra uteområdet. Lite å gjøre i nærme avstand, så det anbefales å ha bil når man bor her.
