"Elegant and beautiful with superb service! We had a beautiful view of the park, the room was superbly appointed with anything you could want and the service was impeccable. Just pick up the phone and a robot will bring you extra soap or coffee pods! And the in-person staff were always friendly and professional. Old school (but totally modern) and highly recommended."

"Comfortable clean hotel"

"Me gustó la situación al lado de la estación de tren, pues teníamos que coger un tren después de pasar la noche allí. No me gustó el desayuno, que era un buffet de bastante surtido pero baja calidad chino, además situado al otro lado de un aparcamiento subterráneo y no barato."

"This apartment hotel is beautiful and the amenities are first class. BUT: 1. No one speaks English, not even the managers 2. "Most of the advertised elements (spa, dining, conference rooms) are not completed yet or closed for repairs. Hotel was <5% occupied when we were there, and the limited staff were using the hotel for other commercial activities. We left after one night. We recommend avoiding this property. "

"The location was excellent - close to the wildlife park and botanic gardens as well as some excellent walking through rehabilitated forest to high, surprisingly interesting cemeteries. Little English spoken but reception staff were very adept at using their phones for translation. The breakfast was outstanding. All staff were warm, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful."

"Very nice rooms helpful staff even as non Chinese speaker"
