"Habíamos estado en otros Marriott y fue una gran experiencia, aquí no te atienden bien, el hotel es un laberinto, y nadie te explica por dónde ir, ni te ayudan con las maletas, tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran de cuarto,las alfombras no son cómodas para llevar las maletas, el personal del bar grosero, solo tienen Pepsi y como no queríamos se burlaron de nosotros pensando que no los entenderíamos. We had already paid through Expedia, but at reception we were initially told that the payment had not gone through and that we would need to pay the full amount again. "We booked the cottage and were so glad we did. The photos although good, don’t really do it justice. The bedroom opens out onto a spacious balcony with good quality wooden table and chairs. The view is very serene, as you can see the river. The hot tub is really amazing. It was very clean and we were shown how to use it properly. If anything it was a little hot at 40c. It kept this heat for several hours. Bathroom was beautiful. Living room immaculate. And a 2nd bathroom with toilet and shower....

"We were in the annex but did not enjoy this area the room is very basic and the heating did not work we have had better appointed rooms in less expensive hotels .the front of the hotel is in good decorative order but if you have a walk round the castle there are areas which are in a poor state of repair,when we walked around the grounds we were disappointed to note a lot of dog poo had just been left lying about this is something the care taker should be aware off . "Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel."
