House was open for a winter rental and had a few bumps, but Bryant Realty handled issues promptly. House was exactly the size our group needed. We had ages from 2 to 70, and house was comfortable. There were a few areas that could have used an extra check for cleanliness, under beds, but overall clean and ready for use. We liked the open pantry shelves. Easy to unpack our food and put away and out of sight.

Fantastic location!

Great beach rehtal

The house setup is excellent for families or groups of friends. There are plenty of bedrooms for individual privacy and a room with 4 bunk beds if you are bring kids. The two kitchens make it easy to get everyone taken care of. Location is outstanding. It’s a quick walk to the beach. There are restaurants and bars that you can walk to. Pay attention the lists of things you need to bring to the house. We rented beach towels from them as a convenience and were glad we did. There are no pantry items. No cofffee. Grocery stores are nearby. Checkin was a breeze. All in all it was a nice rental experience. We are looking to do the same again next year.

Excellent beach house

The home was perfect for several family groups staying together. The two kitchens were useful as both meat eaters and vegetarians could cook separately. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with almost everything we needed. It was expensive but worth it in the end due to its proximity to the beach. Very useful with small children.

Great Rental!

The Blue Heron was perfect for our family! It was spacious, clean, convenient location, and six bathrooms was a complete game changer! Having two kitchens was fabulous! I will definitely add to my favorite beach rentals.

Wrightsville Oceanfront family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront duplex that has been opened up to two living spaces. Worked out perfectly with our group and small children. Kids could play in sand behind house when not on the beach. Just have to be careful with stairs leading up to house.

New Years Getaway

Property was pretty. View was amazing. Four out of the six bedrooms had issues with ceiling fans which were addressed immediately. Other minor issues that maintenance did attend to immediately.

Great place for family time on the beach!

We had an amazing holiday at Wrightsville on this property. The house is wonderful, and plenty big enough to host an entire family plus plus. Two condo units combined give adequate space for gatherings plus privacy. The location is wonderful, and the parking is perfect for many vehicles if needed. Beach toys and tools on site! Highly recommend.

Wake Up to the Sunrise

Great location with a beautiful view. This home has four rooms facing the beach, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Each has its own sliding glass doors and deck. Spacious and conformable inside. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastical!

This was our second time to stay in this incredible townhouse. This year we added the convenience of their grill to make several meals, explored Wrightsville using bikes that are provided, and enjoyed the proximity being close to downtown by taking an evening stroll to the custard store. The best part was waking up to the morning panoramic view of the colorful sunrise from the master bedroom. The Property Manager is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. When we arrived we had a minor inconvenience and the property manager responded without hesitation with apologies and a bottle of wine! The house is absolutely more than 5 Stars and we are returning again next year! Thank you to the owners and Property Manager who made our family vacation memorable once again!

Outstanding property with a killer location!

Absolutely loved our stay at this great property. Right on the beach just a few blocks from the pier and central Wrightsville Beach. Beautifully decorated. Fully stocked inside (ample pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc) and out (beach, chairs, kayaks, bikes) and even a grill. We could have almost just brought ourselves with luggage and have been set! We had a couple questions throughout the week and the property manager was very quick to respond. Literally within minutes of sending a text as she asked us to do if anything was needed. She was fantastic! Highly recommend this and look forward to coming back!

A very nice property. Excellent location, just a few steps to the beach. Great communication with the property manager. It was nice that we didn't have to bring any linens with us. Would definitely use again if we are in the area.

Fabulous Spot Oceanfront!

We LOVED Blue Heron! The location is fantastic and it was so clean, comfortable and nicely decorated on the inside. The bikes and the kayaks were awesome! And the grill worked great. Perfect vacay spot for our family! The management was quick and responsive to all our requests. 5 STARS!
