Mixed review

Pros very clean, loved landscaping & outdoor spaces, porches & porch furnishings, lots of parking spaces. Indoors the kitchen & dining area very nice. The cons are the odd placing set up of TV in living area, divided between 2 rooms, no direct view of tv from seating. Also small living room area for sitting. Biggest complaint, poor sleep due to bad beds & poor bedding. Beds are small & not sturdy, made for an inrestful stay.

Cozy Beach Duplex

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the beach last week. Perfect weather, lovely clean duplex, comfortable beds, and a short walk to the beach. The elevator was a helpful feature and the large deck was enjoyed in the early evening hours. Carole was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Thank you for sharing your well kept duplex with us. We had the best time and hope to return next June!

Great property and location

Have stayed at this property a couple of times now and have really enjoyed it each time! Carole is fantastic to work with and very responsive and accommodating. My favorite part of the property is the private board walk to the ocean for the residents along the street. Will stay again for sure.

Beautiful Home and Location

Loved this home, perfect for large groups! We had our wedding weekend here and it was absolute perfection. So welcoming and relaxing. Lots of outdoor seating and a few steps away from beach. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect for graduation weekend!!!

This property was perfect for graduation weekend! My family of 6 fit comfortably in the home and loved spending time on the spacious deck! The home was absolutely beautiful and had the perfect beach feel! Would recommend!

Nice Place

Family wedding in January 2022. The place was roomy, bright and clean. One of the bedroom windows was drafty, the shade was visibly moving so that room was chilly. Wouldn't be an issue during warmer months. If it weren't for the rain, it would have been nice to sit on the front deck.

Great wedding venue!

This property ended up being even more than we could imagine! It made all of our wedding dreams come true and we couldn’t have done any of it without Carole being so communicative and helpful! I have nothing but good things to say about the property and property manager!

Perfect spot for our big family celebration!

Our family rented the entire house (both sides) for our daughter’s wedding week. It was PERFECT! The house was comfortable, decorated nicely, and the kitchens were nicely stocked. The family room in the middle made for a lot of fun nights together while the kids played ping pong and we sat on the porch. The driveway was great for plenty of parking and room for us to be able to invite other friends & family over to park at the house and join us at the beach. The house is conveniently located close to a beach access and we enjoyed spending almost every day out there! It is a little bit of a walk to all of the restaurants and shops, so with such a large group we drove and that was fine. Carole was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would absolutely and very happily stay again.

Not wheelchair accessible

This would have been a great experience except it is not wheelchair accessible. My husband is a paraplegic in a wheelchair at all times and he didn’t fit through doors easily and couldn’t shower when he couldn’t fit through hallway bathroom door at all. Other than having an elevator, this is not a wheelchair accessible home if someone cannot stand and walk a short distance .

The Perfect Beach Getaway for Large Family

Carole was absolutely wonderful, the perfect hostess. Accommodated all our needs. The property is perfectly located, just a short stroll down the street to the beach. Plenty of parking. Excellent property for extended families. The breezeway is the perfect gathering spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully, will be back! Thanks!!

Great owner and great stay!

Carole was very nice and made the process as easy as possible. We rented both sides of the duplex, and thoroughly enjoyed the common areas and the living spaces. Would recommend!

Great property and location . Short walk to the beach but very limited views of the sound or ocean

Owner excellent to work with . We enjoy views of the beach in the mornings with our coffee and and at night with our after dinner wine, nice big porch but no views . Elevator available and nice if someone unable to do stairs well. Nice property for 2 families to rent if both sides are rented out
