The rooms were clean and had great condiments. Spacious living room and dining room. Kitchen was spacious with everything you needed.

Amazing, Better in Person

We had an amazing time! The house was better in person than in the pictures! The property manager went above and beyond when we encountered a small problem with the elevator. Our family all had ample space and enjoyed the proximity to the beach! It was a perfect vacation!

Fantastic beachside home

We had a multi-generational family trip to the beach and this home was perfect for everyone! Wonderful location, seamless booking and check-in/out process, fantastic amenities (including for the beach), and we made lasting memories gathered together in the kitchen and living space we will cherish. Highly recommend

Very nice, convenient to the beach, well appointed and clean. Only problem was elevator stopped working on our move out day. Things to fix: light bulb out in master bathroom. Bottom slats in some blinds not right. Overall, unit B was very nice and we enjoyed the stay. When we return, we would rent again. Thanks

Elegant, well designed beach house

This house was perfect for two families, with two king bed rooms. Newly renovated and decor that is very pleasing. Three bedrooms have TVs. Living and kitchen area is perfect gathering spot with beach view from the porch. Rocking chairs on porch was one of my favorite places.. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas were appreciated. We hope to stay here again!

Lots of things need to be fixed

Our bathroom shower had no water. All bathroom water pressure was terrible Kids bathroom toilet holder broken. And bath off kitchen smelled like urine. Lots of fun though. Close to a great beach access. Construction going on across street so sleeping in was not an option. House directly across had late night parties well into morning hours.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property BUT backed up to a bar with a garden that had live music / loud patrons on Fri-Sun eve until 2AM. Unbearable.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two and a half days of the tail end of a hurricane then loud music from the Palm Room on the weekend till 1:30 at night. Glad it was the off season. During the 2 days of rain the water came in under the 3rd floor door. We used our beach towels to continually dry it up. Water in the master bath didn’t work. Also you get Threatened with additional cost if you pulled in the driveway a minute early and the same thing if not out by the 10:00 check out. And possible $100 charger if we didn’t put the garbage cans out on the right days. $3000 for 5 days and we had to strip the beds and clean the floors wash all the dishes and put them away. Or you guessed it more charges. Have been coming to Wrightsville for over 65 years but haven’t rented from Bryant for a while. Would not say I won’t rent from Bryant again but I’ll know what to expect next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A pretty house that needs some updates. We had several maintenance issues as soon as we arrived but management was very responsive and the repair gentleman was awesome. The master bed needs to be replaced as it is caving in the middle and the floors were very dirty although the rest of the house was clean. Great location, night time is noisy in the neighborhood but we did not have little ones so it was fine.

The Perfect Beach House

We have rented higher end homes in Wrightsville for the past 5 years and this one is probably my favorite so far. The location is perfect, close to everything, easy walk to the beach and ample parking. Inside this home is well laid out with the master bedroom having the privacy of an entire floor. The decor is all top of the line quality, with special touches like porch swings on the multiple deck areas. The kitchen is amazing and very well stocked. Check in and checkout was super easy and communication was wonderful. We will definitely be back next year and I have highly recommended this house to friends!

Seaside Seagull Stay

Great decorating and very clean property. Well equipped! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, one block from the pier. Lots for teen aged boys to do! Great spot to get in a nice long walk to the beautiful North end of Wrightsville. One recommendation is to provide 2 tea towels and 2 dishcloths in kitchen and 2 towels for each person in the master bedroom.

Great Gathering Place

This large home is so conveniently close to the beach and has so much room that many people can be there all at once, and not feel on top of each other! Beautifully decorated and well designed for use. Loved our stay!

The home was very modern and perfect for our family. The elevator was extremely helpful for my mother who is 81. This home had everything we needed for a great weekend.

Perfect Home For Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was well suited for our family of 9 people; 6 adults and 3 children. The elevator was ideal for my husband who is on a walker and each of the 4 bedrooms had it’s own bath. The home is minutes walking distance from the beach and is easily accessible to coffee shops, restaurants etc. The only issue we experienced was the shower pressure in the master bath was weak and as a result, was not able to wash my hair. Also, the noise at night from the nearby bar posed a disruption to the children’s bedtime.

Lovely weekend at Wrightsville

The property was inviting, comfortable and well equipped. There were 8 of us so we put all four bedrooms to use. The view of the water from the top deck was a favorite.

My mom was recovering from a stroke and the elevator was one of the reasons we rented the house. It is beautifully decorated and the beach is right there. We loved all the balconies with the swings and couches! The weather wasn’t good but we loved every minute. Extremely clean and had everything we needed thank you for a beautiful stay!!

Beautiful Beach Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five had a delightful stay at Seaside Seagull over the long President's Day weekend. The home is wonderfully decorated, light and airy, and provided plenty of space for our teenagers to spread out (and sleep very late!). Due to the pandemic, we cooked most of our meals and we found the kitchen to be nicely appointed. We loved the big kitchen island and we played some family board games around the ample dining table. It was a fantastic experience and we're definitely considering returning! I should also add that this was our first experience with Bryant Real Estate and they were SUPERB! Love the quick answers, love the phone app! Very much appreciated being able to check in and out contact-free.
