Wonderful pet friendly home on a quiet street that’s close to the beach and town. Just park your car and you’re exactly where you want to be. The covered decks are an amazing perk — so even if it’s raining you can still enjoy the outdoors. We will be back.

Wrightsville is our favorite

We don’t live too far from Wrightsville and we love it. It was great to stay for a week rather than just coming for the day.

We used the weekend to celebrate the 14th birthday of one of our sons while also in town for a football tournament for our older son. The house we stayed in was perfect. From cleanliness to location, I wouldn’t change a thing.

The House was bigger then I expected. Street was very quiet. Very clean.

The showers head need replacing and one of the window cranks is broken could not close the window upon departure. Reported it to Bryant Realty.

Would stay here again

Sandy Paws was very clean and very well stocked. Particularly appreciated the attention to detail such as labeled light switches and well placed night lights. Our visit was enjoyed by humans and dog alike!

Very nice place, but

One of the better beach rentals I have used. Nicely equipped and very clean. I was solicited by the Bryant vacation on two occasions to extend my rental. Which means the place was not booked for the day we checked out. We requested a noon checkout because my Daughter’s wedding and reception was the night before and we did not want to have to hurry on the final morning. Despite only being allowed to check-in at 4:00 Bryant came back to me and said I could stay to 11:30 but it would cost me an add on amount. I wrote back that I disagreed because I had paid them a lot of money for the 4 and 3/4 days we stayed but if they they wanted the extra amount they could charge me. That charge was billed to my card almost immediately. So from a customer service perspective their lack of flexibility is a big deterrent to me using Bryant again

Great place!

This house is such a find at Wrightsville I kinda don’t want others to know. There are not a lot of rentals that allow dogs AND are also kept so well and aesthetically pleasing. We’ll be back.

Great place to unwind.

Although our weather was less than perfect given the hurricane coming from the west, we had a wonderful time here. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room to stretch out. The block we were on was peaceful with friendly neighbors and renters. We were a short walk to the beach when the weather improved. You could also walk into town if you felt like it. All in all, a very relaxing getaway!

Clough vacation- need an earlier check in time 4PM is too late

I had no problem with the property except there were ALOT of cockroaches in the outdoor shower and one was in the living room! The website stated that bedding, bath towels, beach chairs etc were not included in the property. They were and it would have saved me a lot of room in the car if I did not have to bring that stuff. Bicycles would be nice to have as well

The AC wasn’t working the 1st night which was rough. But, it was fixed quickly on Sunday morning or a few hours after notifying Bryant. The steps to the sound had been washed away and according to a resident had been in bad condition for sometime due to a boating accident. I had invested $400 in renting several kayaks and paddle boards for the week and would have to carry them for several blocks if not for another renter allowing us to use their dock at the end of the street. The pictures for the rental should not include these steps as they do not exist. Overall, however, I was pleased with the amenities, location, cleanliness and value.
