This home was great for a family of 5 - plenty of sleeping/bathroom space and a great common room/kitchen area. Everyone was very comfortable and the place was well decorated and clean. The location was great - 1 block off the beach and an easy walk to a few restaurants/shops.

Stayed here for the weekend for an all girls trip. House perfect size for all of us and a great games selection. Perfect location if you like to walk the loop, close to Johnny Mercers Pier and we went to Shark restaurant for lunch.It snowed 3 days before our arrival and was beautiful but the driveway was still a coating of snow and ice on our arrival.Thanks for a great stay !

We were in town for the weekend for a soccer tournament and had the best stay. It was chilly weekend but we enjoyed being so close to the beach in between games. Erin was so accommodating and attentive. We would definitely stay here again next time.

We were there for a wedding in Wilmington. It was so nice to enjoy a long weekend with one day at the wedding and the rest of the beach. Erin was very accommodating and answered my questions in record time. The place was beautiful snd clean. There was just a short walk to the beach or to restaurants and shopping. I learned that Roberts pimento cheese was started just a few blocks away. You have to visit Roberts grocery! Thanks for a relaxing place to stay!

My family came together from Charlotte and Florida to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UNCW. Memory Lane was the perfect spot to stay and we definitely created great memories! It was a perfect location and had everything we needed in all areas like the kitchen and bathrooms, there was even ear plugs next the bed. Every detail thought out in this house and it was clean!! Would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were wonderful, very clean, warm and welcoming. Great location, just a three minute walk to the beach. The communication with the host was exceptional, very easy to talk too, even allowed us to check in early. The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. Thank you for making our stay great! We definitely will stay here again, if it’s available.

Memory Lane was a perfect place for our family to stay. There was the right amount of bedrooms & bathrooms. It was such a short walk to the beach. This place had very pretty beachy decor & great parking for up to 4 cars, which was nice. The only negatives were that there was only ONE washcloth & TWO handtowels for 6 people. In the hostess's defense, we could have contacted them for more, but we just didn't bother. We were just surprised that there wasn't enough already there. The other thing was the dust or dirt on the baseboards in the hall bathroom. We would DEFINITELY rent this place again!

The house was absolutely beautiful!! My family loved everything about it. It’s close to the beach and several restaurants. Driving into Wilmington was a breeze. Erin was also wonderful…she is super friendly and very attentive. We will definitely be back!!
