Great Location, Great Customer Service & Great Amenities

There were 10 ladies staying here for a tennis tournament. The house was as listed with AMPLE amenities not even listed on the description. Every one of us would like to personally rent this unit in the future. Great location right on the beach a couple doors down from the Oceanic restaurant. Also close access to get to Wilmington quickly which was nice. We had an AC and sliding door issue and it was fixed IMMEDIATELY on a weekend. A++++

Perfect! Just what we were looking for! Access and view of the beach were great and was a short walk from the back door with no massive dunes to climb over. The deck was great to relax on and enjoy the sounds and views of the ocean. Grocery shopping, restaurants and gift shops were close by. The house was clean and the bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for our needs with room to spare. The grandkids loved the bunk beds! The kitchen had almost everything we needed too! All in all it was a wonderful vacation!

Vacation at Wrightsville Beach

The property had wonderful views and amenities. It was attractively furnished with space to accomodate our family. The two chairs in the living room were a bit dirty and tattered but the sofa looked clean and was comfortable. The deck furniture was the best. We only had two working TV's and then only with the technician coming to repair. Also the internet was intermittent and when I left a message it was not returned. Lovely home but everything should be in working order.

Great house for large families

This is our second year staying at this house. We had a great time. Love the location. The only suggestion I would have to the owners would be to upgrade the tvs to smart tvs.

Wonderful location

The house was beautiful and spacious as advertised, with wonderful ocean views. Everyone was comfortable and the deck was amazing. The upstairs lounge and kitchen was great for the teenagers. It was wonderful to be right on the beach and the location was convenient to town too.

BEST COTTAGE EVER!

This cottage met the needs of all three generations . On a rainy day, the grandchildren could even play in the sand under the house. Rebecca responded to our needs almost before we could voice them. The entire family enjoyed our week there.

Fantastic Week

We had an incredible stay at this wonderful Beach Home. We were in town for a wedding with family members traveling from near and far. We wanted to make it special for those traveling from fat away. As a whole, everyone was stunned by the home and on-beach location. Rebecca was so super and graciously responsive to all of our questions and request. The open floor plan and huge outer beach deck where a hit. Personally my wife and I enjoyed the provide beach bikes and made going to Robert’s grocery for a juice our morning routine. I can’t say enough about the home and how it made a special occasion so much more special. We will be back! Thank you! Bill Cook Bergheim, TX

Beautiful Beach House

The location of this beach house was great! It’s located right on the beach next to the public access trail. This made for an easy job of setting up our family’s prime beach spot each morning. The house came stocked with everything you could imagine for a week of fun - boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, bikes... I could go on and on. The property manager was extremely responsive and addressed any issues or concerns that came up.

Beach Paradise

This was our 3rd year enjoying our family vacation at this property! We have a group of 15 and it more than accommodates us!!! Spacious living area with nice size kitchen and nice size bedrooms! We enjoy our evening relaxing on the deck overlooking the ocean with room for the little ones to play!!!

The stay was incredible, we loved the spacious layout. The large deck is awesome. We loved the close access to the beach. The added amenities were helpful and well used. The property manager was pleasant and helpful. The AC in the 3rd level and main living space did have a hard time keeping cool but otherwise it was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Awesome house! Great for large groups!

This is the second time our ladies tennis team has stayed in this beautiful home. We love all the bedrooms and bathrooms, two laundry areas, and the large kitchen/common area. We love the beachfront location, and the quick walk across the street to see the beautiful sunsets. And we also love that all linens and towels are included, which is HUGELY convenient! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home again!

Best place to stay with a big family!

We had a wonderful time when we were at Wrightsville Beach for our daughter's wedding. Our family was able to stay together, plus we had an area upstairs for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. Everyone commented on how perfect the house was. Highly recommended!!

Even a hurricane can’t ruin a stay here!

Hurricane Florence hit this beach just one week prior to our stay. The owners of this place worked so hard to be sure our stay in this magnificent house would be ready. Everything exceeded our expectations. Any requests I made were immediately filled by Tom and Shana. They even let us borrow a few items from them directly. You cannot go wrong renting this wonderful home. Thank you for providing everything needed for a perfect stay.

This vacation home was magical!

My 4 grown children, their spouses and 7 grandkids spread out in this large immaculate house that sits right on the beach with beach access. We had extra beds and rooms to spare! The beds were freshly made and comfortable. Everything was clean and in place ready for our arrival. The view was breathtaking and the oversized deck that overlooked the ocean, was filled with plenty of seating for all and included a large bbq grill. We had several of our meals out there and several other meals around the large family sized farm table in the dining area. We loved the extra refrigerator in the laundry room for drinks and the extra kitchen fridge and oven upstairs as well. Under the house was everything we needed for an easy, fun beach day...outdoor showers, clothes lines for hanging towels out of sight, beach toys and bikes, kayaks, and beach chairs were available to us to use. The TV/Internet situation was good too, as we wanted to gather on Sunday afternoon to watch the Panthers play. The large oversized sectional and love seats gave us plenty of room for game day! We were blessed and refreshed. Shana was wonderful to communicate with and always promptly responded. She gave good instructions and was helpful when we needed answers. Everything was exactly how she describe... the house, the deck, the beach access and the amenities. We would definitely rent from Shana again! Thumbs up from all 16 of us! Thanks you Shana for a wonderful family retreat!
