Great location!

Great location, one minute walk to the beach, easily walkable to lots of shops and restaurants including coffee shops, pizza, ice cream. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Decks on every level but the one on the main level was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Management was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Tennis team getaway

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. It was so nice to be that close to the ocean as well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the floor plan was great.

Great layout, perfect location!

Had a wonderful time! When we weren’t on the beach - less than 1/2 a block away or dining/walking in town - 2 blocks away, we were so comfortable in the living space, decks, and bedrooms. Everyone had their own space and could all gather in multiple eating/hanging out spaces. Also cooked at home more than we planned on because the kitchen was so well-equipped and user friendly. Had a few initial maintenance issues, but Joe responded immediately and was super helpful and friendly! Would love to stay at this property again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely satisfied with our stay at Wrightsville Winds! The home was super clean, comfortable, and decorated in a beautiful coastal style. We also enjoyed the location being walking distance to town and just steps from the ocean. And thanks to Sea Scape for the high quality service, one of the best rental agencies in the area in our experience. Highly recommend Wrightsville Winds for a fun and relaxing vacation!!

UNCW Homecoming & Campus Tour

Sea Scape was perfect for our family of 6! Our son had his own bedroom and bath while our girls LOVED the bunkbed room with their own bath. First time ever they didn't argue over who gets what bed! Sadly it was quite rainy most the weekend, but the sun popped out just in time for our campus tour Monday, which all 3 of our high-schoolers LOVED! Hopefully at least one chooses UNCW. 😁

Family Birthday Trip

We chose this property for its closeness to the beach and to restaurants. You could walk for coffee, grocery items and meals. The kitchen was well equipped too. You were steps away from running out and catching the sunrise. The weather was not perfect for sitting on the beach, but we were able to sit on the porch and enjoy the breeze and sound of the waves. Although we didn’t use the beach chairs but once, the beach equipment closet had everything one would need. An open closet at bottom of the steps when you walked in was great for coats, shoes, dog leash etc. There are two fights of steps to the bedrooms. One of us was turning 88, and it may have been more of a challenge at times. Other than that, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Like a college dorm, but at the beach

Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the housekeeping team did a quick run through of the place - sand and dirt everywhere. We cleaned up ourselves. The photographs do not show the space as it exists today - this place has taken a beating. Overall, it feel like a cheap grungy place. I can’t express enough how gross the rugs and upholstery are - we felt gross sitting at the dining table with our feet on the rug (we wore shoes the whole time) and especially grimy on the sofa/ottoman. All of which we found bugs and other gross things not to be named. The neighboring units have definitely seen some improvements, at least on the exterior. This unit appears to have rotting wood joists compared to the other units. The spray nozzle for washing off in the back is old and creates a mess. The yard was overgrown and perfect for harboring critters. The upstairs bedroom closet has black mold on the ceiling. The upstairs bathroom shower plumbing is rinky dink - good luck. It’s a wonderful location, it’s too bad the property management team / owner aren’t keeping the place up to snuff. We will not stay here again. A positive, the appliances are new and nice. Someone mentions the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. This could be true if you are okay cooking on grungy old cookware. We were not.

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and shops and very short walk to the beach. Glimpses of ocean views. Patios were nice but very close to the other properties patios, which made it a bit awkward if people were out there at the same time. Lacked basic spices like salt and pepper. Nice place with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Primary bedroom is on the 3rd floor/top floor. Very bright so it made it hard to sleep in.

We had roaches, they offered to send the exterminator but we had a dog with us I was concerned about . The TV in the master bedroom had no cable channels

Shabby rental, needs basic maintenance and care

Property listing should have said that dogs were not allowed on the beach. Why would we rent a dog-friendly place if we could walk the dog on the beach? Place was in desperate need of some attention. Tubs drained very slowly - you showered in 3" of water. Only 3 wine glasses, no kettle. Only 3 clothes hangers in the entire place. TV setup was troublesome. Sofa felt dirty. I would suggest that anyone lookimg to stay at Wrightsville Beach look for alternatives, regardless of whether you have a dog.

Great Rental

Home is in good location. Near beach and restaurants and bars, yet very quiet location. Very clean and nicely furnished. We would definitely stay there again.

Great experience and excellent communication with property owners! We will be back!

We had an awesome time at this location. The place was clean and was a very short 1 minute walk to the beach. Great amenities inside and good location close to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. We were not sent the door code in advance but when we got to the property we made a quick call that was answered right away and proper instructions were given. Great communication with the team. We were there for a wedding and all of our friends left saying we should make this an annual trip!

Great location

We had a very nice stay at this property. Well- stocked kitchen to make breakfast and lunch! Only couple of blocks from Robert’s grocery store, ice cream shop and restaurants- 5 min walk. My 13 yo niece loved the room with the built-in bunk bed and riding a bike that came with the property to the store. Minor repairs needed- Otherwise it’s a Beautiful property with everyone having their privacy in a great location.

Great Location

I took my two boys and two of their friends (teens) and the proximity to Roberts grocery and restaurants was really great for us! They didn't have to drive, just walk. I grew up in the area and this was their first time not staying with my parents and just being together and free to enjoy Wrightsville. It was a really great weekend as a family and the bunk room was PERFECT!

Great spot close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for us and our 3 children. They really loved the bunk room! As previous reviewers have mentioned, there is no privacy between your deck and the neighboring townhomes. We would definitely return to this property.

Perfect beach getaway

My family and I (7 of us) stayed here for Christmas 2020. Tracie from Seascape was super helpful and very professional while planning this trip. The house was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for all of us. Every bed was comfortable, big comfy couch, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! Only a few feet away from the beach and very close to bars, restaurants, and stores. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Wrightsville Beach.

Great location!

We had a great time at this townhome. It was very clean, nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable! We appreciated that we did not need to bring beach towels! The kitchen also had everything that we needed. We were close to everything and walked the Loop each day. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the house, and it was great to be able to grab a cup of coffee and walk out to see the sunrise. We would definitely rent this home again!
