Summer family trip

Absolutely gorgeous location and close to everything! The porch was great to eat a nice family meal watching the sunsets. Room sizes nice. Open concept living room/kitchen. Basic furnishings, which was nice to not be afraid of “messing it up”. Would come back again!

Great Location!

Great location! 2 minute walk to beach, restaurants & bars. Code was wrong to enter our place & wi-fi instrucriins were wrong. Took property manager awhile to get back to us. Be prepared to buy/bring the following: Soap for shower, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, coffee for DRIP COFFEE MAKER. Good place overall, because of location. 2.

Winter at the Beach

My stay in Wrightsville Beach was so enjoyable…despite the cool weather the first week, and SNOW the second week. The unit is exactly as pictured. I was pleased with the comfort and roominess. Each bedroom was spacious and having two bathrooms is key! The kitchen appliances were new! It was easy prepping meals. We all had our own recliner while watching TV…awesome!Off street parking is convenient, even in the winter.the town shops were outside the door, and the beach only a short block away. It was nice to be able to get out and walk everyday. I look forward to returning in warmer weather!

Great location and size but very dirty

The location was great and the size was very decent for my family but it was very outdated and seemed very dirty. There were still coffee ring stains from last person on tables.. tables were dirty and our feet turned black after a few minutes of running around. We had to purchase cleaning supplies because we had a 1 and 3 year old and it was too dirty for them to be crawling around. We also found a few cockroaches.. some alive and some dead. They did send out pest control during our stay but we were not aware they were coming til they showed up on our doorstep. It would be a wonderful place had it been a little more updated and cleaned prior to our stay.

Great Location

We loved it. It's not fancy but it's very clean and neat and 100 feet from the bay and just over one block from the ocean. Also one to two blocks from several neat beach bars. Will be back no question.

Not fancy but great

If you are used to staying in luxury villas, this is not your place. If you like your vacation to be simple, clean, affordable, and convenient to everything, this is it! Fabulous location with great views and short block to the beach. Could there be updates? Yes. But we were comfortable and would return for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So let me start with the location was amazing. I was able to turn my kids loose this year. Being within walking distance of wings, roberts, vitos pizza was percect! Now onto the house itself...T.V.'s were way to smallBeds were doable, but by day 3 i was wishing for home and my bed that isn't a,rock.The owner really should replace the fridge. That thing has been fixed so many times even the repair man was shaking his head. Bryant was quick to supply us with a spare so our cold food didn't go bad. It was hard to cook on the stove with lop sided eyes.. Upgrade that too. A.C went out on day 5. They were real quick to get the repair man out thanks for that. Parking in back its a nightmare... Being able to use the garages would be helpful. I didn't like the laundry being separate but we managed. Over all in a pinch i would rent it again, but I don't plan to be in a pinch next year..

Family-Friendly and Convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn't beat the location -- easy access to both the beach and the bay. And while many people would say that the property is a little dated, it worked wonderfully for our crew with younger kids because I didn't have to be paranoid that they were going to break every little thing. Our only real complaint was that the stove needs some TLC -- some burners were questionable, but could be fixed relatively cheaply -- and pans were warped. If you're going to be cooking in, maybe bring your favorite pot and pan. Laundry is on a separate floor, but it didn't cause any issues. We're already trying to work out what week we want to book to come back!

Aging property in a fantastic location

We stayed at this property for the first time but this was our 10th visit to wrightsville beach. Therefore, I have good comparison points. First of all, this property is in an amazing location. Not only is it super close to the beAch, but it is also very close enough to the mini town center where the grocery store, the coffee shop and the restaurants are. Yet, it is also 2 blocks away from it all that you don’t get bothered by the noise at night. The property comes with 2 parking spaces which is also great. Parking at wrightsville beach on busy weekends is nearly impossible without paying a fortune. The A/C and the room fans worked great too and all the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Internet worked very fast. We called the property management once after hours , they were also very helpful. On the other hand, this property is showing its age and borderline in disrepair. The entry door is hard to lock because it is sagging, both of the balcony doors needed a broomstick to secure because the locks were not working, the refrigerator had some rust and worked non-stop to keep basic medium temperature, the bathroom towel bar was in the floor when we checked in and other small things here and there. Nothing that impacted our enjoyment, and if it was 30% cheaper I probably would say you get what you pay for, but I have stayed at many similar priced places at the beach to know the maintenance of this property is not up to par relative to its price. Overall, fantastic location, aging but clean place slightly overpriced in my opinion.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Loved the view of bay and short walk to beach! The house needs a little love though- cabinet didn’t latch when we arrived- it was duct taped shut. Couple of chairs were falling apart. Floors should be washed between guests- my feet were filthy in the first half hour walking barefoot inside. Provide a vacuum for guests to clean during week. Fasten dishwasher to counter compartment.

Clean, Convenient and Great View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our experience at Bayview! The view from the deck was really beautiful, particularly in seeing the sunsets. The location is great being blocks from downtown. The indoor unit was comfortable and well-laid out for a family of 4. The Public Access to the channel was a little tricky, but the walk to the beach was close. We heard very little noise from the units upstairs, only the sliding doors opening to the deck and if something was put down on the floor. Overall very enjoyable!

My feet were filthy from the floor in the first hour we were there. Refrigerator door handles were filthy, bathroom faucets were gross, worn toilet seat, tv’s did not work, porch area great view but wood was old and splintered, roaches crawling around. Not advertised as a unit on second floor, so others lived above. Never will go with Bryant Realty again! Will stay at our favorite Hilton hotel for free on points where it’s spotless.

Good Location!

Location was convenient; close to beach and local bar/restaurants but conditions of house were average. Lack of cleainess of the space with lots of sand on furniture and floors. Please note, as the listing stated the essentials were not provided ie- Pam, dish soap, salt/pepper, so be sure to bring them along. Parking lot was conveniently located directly behind house but was extremely tight for us traveling in an 2 F-150s.

The beach was just down the street, which made getting to and from very easy. My only recommendation would be to have cleaning supplies available for your guests (dish soap, a broom etc.). Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5 year visiting Wrightsville Beach. We have always booked with Intercoastal. We were late in booking, always stay in the general area and so we chose Borque. The pictures online were true however, when reading reviews, people complained about the couch and the owner said she out new furniture in there. Not true!!! The furniture was dirty. I felt I needed to cover it to sit on it. Linens were extra. That's not right in my opinion. Honesty, I don't think we will book with Bryant again but thanks for the opportunity to express my opinion.

Living room furniture was old and dirty and kitchen table is wobbly. New, clean furniture would be a great asset. We would rent again if clean furniture was added.

A week in WB

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is great for the beach-goer who wants a PERFECT location at WB, great outdoor space and plenty of room for 8 people. Our group had an amazing time at WB this year. We were able to quickly walk to Roberts grocery, bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach within a few minutes. The house came stocked with all the cooking supplies you could ask for, but no grill. We brought a travel grill and set it up on the sidewalk and it really worked just fine. This house is not super luxurious and the house could have been cleaner (floors, couches, bathrooms). You could tell it hadn't been cleaned very well before we got there. However, with that being said, cleanliness was probably the only complaint we had. The rental was economical and the house was overall pretty perfect for us.

Price point rental in a great location!

The rental was clean and easy to access for five adults and a baby. Any issue we had with the property, management handled professionally and quickly. No WIFI, but was nice to unplug.
