"Great view!! Our access to the beach was blocked for a week during our 3 week stay due to the beach replenishment project. The fridge face is all rusty, the dishwasher worked only when you really slammed the door! The furniture was dingy, dirt, stained and warn out and the sofa had burns on the reverse side. The bedding had a dirty smell, we washed the blankets before we seeped in the bed. This place needs a deep clean!! The owner wanted to come by during our stay to update the outlets."

"We never got the email with the check in code and didn’t realize that until we were at the door. After about 45 mins of calling vrbo support and the owner we finally got in. Our stay was amazing! It was accurately described and the perfect little get away we needed. The perfect size, location and atmosphere for a new couple."

"The view was awesome. The room was very clean and very well stocked. Only downside was the construction of the pier and pipes on the beach which made entry to the beach difficult but right on the other side was a pyblic veach access with a really nice ramp to get on the beach. If handicap would recommend staying close to the 1 elevator. Pool area is beautiful and even had a hot tub. Was told the food at the pier was excellent and they did get packed quick and even had luve entertainment which...

"Loved the location and amenities of this bright airy condo! It’s conveniently located to restaurants and shops in historic downtown Wilmington plus the kitchen boasts everything you could need to prepare simple meals. Parking pass for a nearby parking deck (three short blocks away) worked great, as walking is the best way to move thru downtown. We were a little concerned about the possibility of ambient noise from the riverwalk and nearby venues, but the condo is well-insulated and soundproof....

"Overall the trip was great with an unbeatable location. Quick access to the beach and convenience store literally across the street for any forgotten/last minute needs. Unit is cozy but comfortable and very well kept. Host was very communicative and easy to reach with questions."
