We enjoyed our stay at the beach. It was a nice big place, great for gathering. Plenty of supplies to cook and entertain with. Had an issue with the AC but the property management was quick to remedy the issue.

Excellent location, kitchen could use a few updates. Replacing Murphy bed with a traditional queen bed on first level would be a nice upgrade.

Vacation

Great space for a large group looking to be close to the beach! We loved the proximity to the beach access and the view from the porch. The property manager had great communication skills, the check in process was super easy, and the house matched the listing online. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was as described and pictured. It was nice to have most things you needed in the kitchen, to have a washer and dryer and be pet friendly. Appreciated the linens already on the beds. A few things that need improvement are dirty and cluttered closets, area around the property has trash, cigarette butts and was unkept. For the price I would have expected the property to have been kept up better. Overall stay was enjoyable and the location to the beach was a plus.

Weekend Away

My family and I stayed here for my cousin’s wedding weekend and we had a great time! The location is wonderful—walkable to a lot of different bars and restaurants, as well as being right next to the beach entrance. And the house was very clean. Overall very satisfied and would love to come back.

Wonderful Place

This a very nice place. A stones throw from the ocean. Close to the pier and everything else. Nicely furnished and supplied. It was ideal for our reunion. I hope to get back there soon.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

I surprised my daughter for her 23rd birthday with a weekend on the beach. The house had everything we needed for a small family gathering. We were all able to have our own space and the house offered us all some very needed relaxation💙

A little piece of paradise for sure

Everything about this house is perfect for beachgoers. The house is awesome, it has tons of room and open space, fantastic decks on two floors with ocean views. It's 50 ft from beach access an a short 1 block walk to Johnny Mercer's pier at Wrightsville Beach. There's lots of parking although I had to leave my boat at a friends house who lives close. That would be my only criticism, but I knew it going in. I lived close by for 20 years and would definitely come stay here again, and probably will.

Misleading

ONLY ocean view is out of the upstairs master BEDROOM. Badly in need of maintenance, doors and key door locks hard to use. MBR toilet is disgusting, low low water pressure in shower. Would not rent again

Not a big deal, but it did feel like it was taking up too much space and it wasn’t NC beachy. The upstairs porch is the best spot! Carpet is stained but it is pet friendly, otherwise clean.

Home away from home.

Family of 4 with 14 yo twin boys. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was next to the beach with a nice view from the main bedroom porch which also had a swing. House was close enough to the beach that we went in for snacks and bathroom breaks. It was a very quiet location with just 5-10 min drive to most restaurants. House had huge flat screen TV which my men loved. Management company provided bathrooms towels. You have to bring your own beach towels. Room with bunk beds was very nice… queen size bottom with twin top…easily can get 6 kids in there if you have a big family/friends. Our bed was very comfortable which was nice as we are spoiled with sleep number at home. We truly enjoyed staying at this property and likely will come back. Big thank you to owners for sharing this property with us.

Would not stay again

The location is great and view from upper deck is ideal, however, the townhouse had no provisions (the linen service is scarce and terrible sheets, no soap, cooking supplies, etc), many broken things (blinds, door locks, towel bards, faucets, etc) (the ceiling light in the guest room is a fire hazard), outdated decor, paint, and art which is not a deal breaker, but for the price (really!) and the rug in the living room is so dirty I would not even let me dog walk on it. The master mattress was very comfortable. So much potential being wasted. I have stayed many places and have a lot of tolerance, I have never given a bad review, but I could not hold back for this place and the price.

A Brief February Rendezvous with the Grandchildren

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A Little Piece of Paradise was a perfect setting for 3 adults and 3 children to enjoy each others’ company just a few steps from the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen and dining table were more than adequate to prepare and eat fabulous meals together. The beds were comfortable and the bunk bed room became a clubhouse as well as a dorm. The deck off the master bedroom was another favorite place on our warmest day with a perfect view of the full moon over the ocean. Communications with Bryant Realty were smooth and effective. My only negative comment would be about the machine noise in this unit. There is a very large, grocery store-like cooler that was very noisy. We decided that we didn’t need it and turned it off. The sleeper in the queen bedroom was quite disturbed by the frequent coming on and cutting off of the heat pumps positioned outside on the back wall of the unit. It could be heard and felt all through the unit, but was mostly a problem for that bedroom while sleeping. Maybe that is only a problem in February? Overall, we were very pleased with our time there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upstairs carpeting should be replaced due to unsightly stains and pulls in the carpet.Outside shower not useable do to many large roaches when you turn on the water.

Perfect location, perfect size

This rental was in the perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing stay at Wrightsville Beach! Beautiful top floor deck with a swing looking out at the ocean, huge master suite, ample beds and full bathrooms, nicely stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space. Dining area seating for eight with counter seating for another four and abundant living room seating makes this property perfect for larger families. The locks on the doors take some getting used to but we had no major issues or complaints about this property. Would absolutely stay again the next time we come to the Wilmington area.
