"Overall was extremely dirty with rust, mold on the bathroom ceilings, chipping paint, tiles falling off the shower walls, carpets that felt oily. Hallways smell damp. The staff was very kind, though. Beds were okay. Smelled clean. Unfortunately the pictures did not match the state of the rooms. I do not think there is much that could be fixed here without major repairs. "

"We booked online. No indication in the advertising that the building had totally deteriorated. Some effort was being done for remodel, but, the outside of the building, looked like it was abandoned. "We stayed in area for a family memorial for 3 nights. Very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Nice living/TV room to unwind at the end of the day. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great communication from owners prior to and during the stay. We will be staying here next time we are in Fairmont. Thanks"

"This property was very well equipped with things any renter would need. Very clean and spacious even for a large group. Loved that there were three bathrooms and three showers and so many nice quality towels!
