It has everything you need, albeit the one window unit is downstairs and bed is upstairs. I was quite comfortable but not very hot when I stayed. Very cute little house!

This little house was very clean, very cute and very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had basic supplies for fixing simple meals. The host replied immediately to any questions. We were attending a tournament at the Premier Center and this location was ideal.

It was just fine for one night.Pros:CleanCuteOwner very communicative Cons:Window air conditioning on first floor only, upstairs was stifling. To be fair, it was in the 90s outside and owner did drop off a fan.Neighborhood is pretty rundown. Definitely did not feel safe being outside.

Our host was awesome. She was easy to communicate with and was very punctual when we had any questions. The tiny home was very well appointed. It was easy to find and a great location for many attractions in Sioux Falls. It was clean and had all the amenities needed for our weekend stay. If we are planning a future weekend stay in Sioux Falls, we will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We stayed here for a wedding and were very happy with everything! The host was quick to respond with details/any questions and welcomed us to reach out if needed. The house was clean, so cute on the inside, and had absolutely anything we could have needed. It was a great home and listed at a great price. Would absolutely recommend if you’re in need of a place to stay!

It would have been nice if the host had stated that shampoo and body wash were not provided so I could have brought my own- other than that the house was adorable, clean and cozy
