Perfectly positioned between the ocean and the river, JJs is your ideal Wooli getaway.
Enjoy tranquil views of the Wooli River on one side and relax on the spacious undercover deck on the other, where cooling ocean breezes create the perfect setting for unwinding with family and friends.
The property offers generous off-street parking, with plenty of room for multiple vehicles and even space for a boat. The fully fenced yard makes it easy to bring along your four-legged family members, so no one misses out on the holiday fun.
With the boat ramp virtually opposite the house, launching your boat or kayak couldn"t be more convenient. The local bowling club is just a short stroll away, along with easy access to both the river and the beach giving you the best of Wooli right at your doorstep.

Great Place
Fab house and location to get away from it all. Securely fenced property perfect for a dog. Two deck spaces, one was a huge, comfortable space. Would be 5 stars if it had Wifi and linen provided.

Great location
Wooli is a favourite spot for a short holiday!
The house is in the best base to explore the beach river and township.
Clean, tidy and decked out with all mod-cons.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at JJ's Beach House, love the new back decking and updated bathroom. Only downside was there is no window covering in the bathroom so no privacy from deck and road.

Great location!
The property was ideally located between the river and the beach. Comfortable furnishings and good quality appliances. Improvements could be made by offering pegs, garbage bags, cleaning products, bowls for salads etc for those longer stays (we stayed 7 nights). The yard was perfect for our small dog and we would be happy to stay here again.

What a great place for a holiday! the location is perfect - literally across the road to the river and boat access. A 2-minute walk to the beach on a bad day! The house is spacious with the new deck and bathroom giving great comfort. we will be back.

The water pressure was not great. The toilet seat needs fixing. The fridge is noisy in the bedroom it backs onto. Other then that it was awesome. Great decks.

Outstanding, top quality property.
My partner and I stayed for 5 days with family joining us over the weekend. There was plenty of space and comfort for all. The most outstanding part of the property is the newly added deck. It was where we spent most of our time relaxing.
Honestly, everything about this place is top-notch. Comfie beds, functional kitchen with all high quality, necessesary utensils and appliances. Bathroom was clean and fresh, with a huge shower and waterfall shower head, and laundry was fantastic with washing machine and dryer. There is a smart tv and plenty of books and DvDs for the rainy days. The yard is fully fenced to keep your pooches in and you can park you car inside the yard.
The property itself is close to a great little Cafe and the Bowlo.
Wooli is a great little beachside town that still has that old style charm.
I just loved this place. One of my favourites by far.
My only suggestion would be the addition of WiFi for the smart TV.

Great house and Great location. Wooli is a beautiful spot.Only suggestion is the addition of Wifi. There is a smart TV and no wifi. Especially when taking teenagers away and mobile internet isn’t great in the area. Having Wifi would make things a lot easier.Air conditioning would be nice too.Other l wise it is a beautiful house and highly recommend.

A great house, very nicely renovated, well appointed, and suited us very well. Everything in very good condition. The large deck facing the river is terrific. Highly recommend this property. The only thing I would suggest to improve is increasing the number of towel rails in the bathroom for the 6 people the house sleeps - towel rails for 2 people isn’t enough.

Loved our stay at JJ's Holiday House. New verandah out back and renovated bathroom were added bonuses. We have stayed here before and every time it is always very clean and well maintained. Perfect garden for our little dogs also as its fully fenced. We will definitely be back.

Great little house. So close to the river and the beach.
Great little property. Big yard for kids and furry friends. Well equipped kitchen, would just say needs microwave bowls as has microwave but nothing to heat/cook in. Pictures show fire pit but not when we arrived. We traveled in cooler months so was looking forward to fire at night. Overall nice stay.
