"1) Payment: We pay the apartment in January 2024. Ten days before arrival they charged two and a half more than agree as deposit. We were at the end of my trip so this huge extra charge ruined my last days of the trip (this funds were reserved for other activities, that we were forced to cancel). 2) Cleaining: When we arrived to the apartment, it was not clean (everything from previous customer was there).
