On our arrival, when we had difficulty entering the apartment with the provided security code, Elizabeth responded quickly. When we all realized that the unit had not been cleaned after the previous guest, she immediately assumed responsibility and took action. She came out on Sunday evening at 7 PM and worked alongside the cleaner to get the apartment prepared quickly. Finding a stain on the blanket, she even went out and bought new blankets (which my daughter loved!) After our stay, Lisa also assumed responsibility and graciously offered us compensation for our inconvenience. Sometime details fall through the cracks despite our best efforts. It happens to all of us, but not everyone is willing to own up to their mistakes. I commend Lisa and Elizabeth for their mature response. I believe them when they say that this has never happened to them before, and I think they will be very careful to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
The rest of our stay went well. Of note, the mattresses are very comfortable. I will definitely give them another try in the future.
