"I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly."

"26/27th/28th, Our weekend stay was for a wedding which was amazing! I had an issue with the rooms, my fault i double booked and the reason I gave 5 stars for staff/ service was because a lady called Diana sorted everything out for me with patience and kindness ( thankyou), also the waiting staff who served the meal were excellent, the food was quick, hot and cleared the tables very quickly with a smile. "This is my hometown and I was visiting from Canada. Lovely room nice and clean. I ended up with an accessible room which was lovely but no drawers or cupboard to store clothes which was a bit odd. Front desk staff awesome and friendly lots of tea and coffee for the room The one gentleman in the restaurant made my stay with giving me ice and being so chipper they breakfasts are a fantastic deal I’ll be back Please consider placing fridges in the room! That was the only annoyance"

"The hotel was quite booked up, so we had 2 rooms over a 3-day weekend and our baggage was transferred with no fuss or problems. Both rooms were clean, roomy and contained everything we needed, including a much-needed fan as the weather headed for a heatwave! Breakfast was lovely (we had a full English).
