We found black mold in the washer when we attempted to wash our clothes. The washer was not useable as a result. We notified the management company and a maintenance person brought bleach to run through the washer. Unfortunately there was a lot of black mold in the washer and it likely needs to have the drum removed and extensively cleaned or replaced. We had to take our clothes to laundry mat to do laundry.
We found much of the silverware to be dirty and had to be washed prior to use. The same was found with the glassware.
The baking sheets and cooking utensils were also very dirty. We washed what we used.
The kitchen has the basics, but is lacking a kitchen knife set and steak knives. The pots and pans are older and there is very limited bakeware if you are looking do any baking for meals.
Seating in living area is limited. The couch will accommodate 3 people. There is a rocking chair and a low chair that is not very comfortable and difficult to get in and out of.
Each of us found the pillows in all bedrooms to be hard. In the afternoon of the last day of our stay a maintenance person from the Management company person showed up unannounced to shovel snow off roof deck. Would have been nice to have been notified ahead of time to expect this person and that they would be entering the unit. Not sure why this wasn't done before we arrived or couldn't have been scheduled to occur after 10am the next day after our departure.
Good location. Very convenient to everything.
