This property was absolutely fantastic for our group of 18. Everyone was comfortable in mostly queen and king beds per couple, and sometimes shared bathrooms. The home was beautiful, spacious, had great amenities (hot tub, stocked kitchen, etc) and was only steps from a public bus station (which Winter Park is great at). The ski locker room was an added bonus. Garrett, the property manager, was 10/10 the best I've ever worked with. He was so communicative, hospitable, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Thank you, Garrett!!

This house is set up very well for a lot skiers. 4 car garage. Ski racks in there. Boot benches just inside. Hot tub. Lots of room with spread out bedrooms that were comfy. 2 gas fireplaces. Quick response when we called about house being cold. I think we just had to be patient. Large house. Takes a while to heat up. Some suggestions the dishwasher rack is a nuisance. There was no dust pan that we could find. Bring sand or salt. Driveway difficult for those with front wheel drive. We had a wonderful time. The house was plenty big for our group of 16 and beautiful too. Very close to shuttle stop which was a bonus also.

We all had a great time and enjoyed the house. There were a few things that were not working correctly. We called and someone came out and fixed things promptly. We also let you know about things that were probably broken from earlier stays. When the gentleman came out to assist us, he made note of some things so he could order parts to repair. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property has been used a lot and is a bit rough around the edges for the price. Snow was not removed, it took 24 hours for the house to heat up. Missing remotes, exterior doors that don’t lock.

The location of the house was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Very clean & any question were answered quickly! My family had a wonderful week in this home!

Lovely Family Vacation

I rented out this beautiful location for a family vacation. It was large enough to accommodate everyone. The home is in town so it’s a perfect distance from everything. We were 8 minutes from snow tubing and 11 minutes from the ski resort. The home had a large & warm 4 car garage. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook breakfast or host dinner. The home has a substantial amount of space from its neighbors, allowing you and your guest privacy. Everyone in town is very friendly and accommodating. The rental host made it easy for me to contact them for anything. However, the place was perfectly prepared, which resulted in me not requesting anything. The home has many games, which the kids, teens and young adults enjoyed. From the gaming system & pool table down stairs to the jenga & card games available upstairs. This was our first family ski trip and we have considered adding it to our list of routine family vacations. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality, you were a wonderful host. I look forward to our future visits.

Weekend with Family

The layout and location of this home were perfect! We were a family with adult couples looking for enough bedrooms and space to spend the weekend together. This worked perfectly. The floor plan of this home is ideal for that, the kitchen was well equipped and the living spaces were great. The home definitely shows signs of wear and could use some love but we will definitely consider a re book for next year.

Friends annual weekend

We are a group of 9 college friends who get together annually for a long weekend, typically at a national park. This house was perfect for us, with each of us able to sleep in a separate room. The house is well equipped and in excellent shape. The host/manager was very responsive when we thought we had a minor issue. I highly recommend this house for any large group seeking proximity to Rocky Mointain NP, rafting/kayaking and mountain biking (Granby Ranch ski resort was great for this).

Fantastic stay!

We had a small family reunion here and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was enormous, the common spaces were very amenable to large groups of people, and the kitchen was really well stocked with pots and pans and such for cooking. Would definitely recommend!

2024 Family Vacation

Beautiful area and home. There was room for everyone and we made some great memories. We went water rafting, rode the gondola and went hiking, went to Walden and saw Moose and Antelope. Went to Estes Park and saw several Elk while we were there. Everyone had a great time.

Very disappointed

We did not have enough towels for everyone, only one towel per person and no extra dish towels. There were no extra supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, or trash bags. I had to ask multiple times to get these items. We had to go out and buy paper towels and toilet paper. The floors were very dirty. As much as I paid, I was not impressed.

Great house

Nice house. Just as listed. There was a small issue with the septic system and the property manager had it fixed extremely quick so it didn’t cause us any headache at all. The two king suites upstairs are massive and by far the best rooms if you want to have a quiet room in a house with a ton of people. The garage is gigantic. We will stay here again if we ever come back to winter park.

We had a family reunion and the large house was the right size for our group. The owners were very communicative during the process but be sure to read everything you get - many of their policies were listed differently than what it says on VRBO. (Cancellation policy, check in/check out times, etc) The property has a lot of very steep stairs so be aware of that if you have any seniors in your group! It’s a lovely home, but It was showing quite a bit of wear-and-tear (sending a list separately to owners).

Our stay!

It was really good place for all of us. The 2nd refrigerator didn’t work when we got there. We were planning on grilling and the grill didn’t work either. They need to have screens for all the windows cause it was warm in some rooms. To accommodate all of us the place itself was perfect for us.

The house suited our needs. Disappointed at how dirty some things were. Lots of dirt under the cushions. 4 slice toaster only 2 slices worked. The dishwasher lower rack was difficult as was it difficult to start. The garage door didn’t open and it took 5 days before someone came out to repair

Perfect for large family weekend

Our large multigenerational family found this home to be the perfect setting for our Christmas celebration. The home has many quite areas for when you need to unwind, however the common spaces allowed enough room for family game nights and meal times. The location is great with public transportation right across the street. The host is fantastic and extremely accommodating.

Family Christmas in the snow

There were 17 in our group. The pictures don’t do this house justice. Plenty of room for all of us. Getting to the resort for skiing was extremely easy. We made some wonderful memories and our trip was a huge success. Lots of food cooked in the beautiful kitchen. Will definitely be staying here again

Everything was perfect

The view was perfect the weather the house is cozy and it’s for a family. My family love the home the town . I wish I could have stayed 1 more night 😂 but I couldn’t. When I come back to visit I’m booking the home again. They also had other properties also they where also beautiful .
