Apartamentos en Winooski

"Nice place, great communication by James. The parking spot was very tight for our full size truck but doable. Like others said the bathroom and shower is small, water pressure was fine, door doesn’t shut well. Bedrooms were really nice, well lit and comfortable bedding. Good location for getting around. Kitchen has everything you need. Thought it was a bit pricey,Overall nice stay"

"Nice spot, 10 mins to the circle. Tv was a bit broken and the rugs smelled of pet urine but overall worth it for the money"

"We were in town for a tour of UVM and this was a perfect location. It was a very quick stay, but it was great. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very nice, its an older build but has been brought back to life and If I’m in the area I would stay again for sure. Located 1 min walk to shops, brewery’s, pizza and the mule bar! Very clean and had everything I would need! 👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks Josh"

"Great host and great service, was older than we were expecting from add but still worked for what we needed. It is listed as an apartment and you can't tell from the pictures but this is actually a 1925 house that has been split into two suites and given a coat of paint then rented. Like I said works for what you need and isnt bad just older than we expected from add"

"I had a hard time rating this place as we elected to not stay. We didn't feel safe. This is in a visibly rough area of town; we saw people walking in the street in their robes, garbage strewn about, and general decay. The exterior of this building blends in with the rest of the neighborhood. The screen door was broken with old sticker residue on the glass, building is overdue for maintenance (flaking paint, etc), and weeds for the yard. I now realize why there are limited pictures for the...

"Nice place. Great location."

"A/c helped a lot"

"The stay was accurate to description. The location was close to the city and ubers where no issue. However there was an unpleasant smell and the heater didn't work. Overall, my group felt that the stay was just ok. A hotel would've been just as comfortable and more affortable. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property met all expectations and the hot tub was a perfect way to end each night. Downtown Winooski is quaint with cafe, restaurant, and brewery options, and Burlington is less than 10 mins by car. We visited the Ben & Jerry's factory and took in a movie at the Sunset Drive-In. A wonderful end-of-summer trip at an ideal property for 8 friends or four couples."

"Nice quiet comfortable setting. There is a full kitchen. The online description is incorrect. I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely stay there again!"

"This renovated apartment was perfect. I have stayed several times in Burlington and this will be my go to unit. The space was perfect for myself and my husband. Super comfortable King bed and pillows. The full-sized washer and dryer was a bonus. You won't go wrong booking this unit."
