"Do not stay at this Hotel. I had to fly urgently for family matters, from Barcelona, so a long haul flight in an aerial sardine can, the reviews for the View were good and the location was convenient. I got room 205 which was pleasantly located on top of the highway, just metres from roaring trucks and ambulances. There was no double or triple glazing so it felt like I was sleeping by traffic lights (the fact was sleep was impossible). The room should have been used as a storeroom, but yet, $180...

"It is conveniently located, with places nearby to grab dinner even if you arrive quite late.
I was also able to check in quickly and easily, even without a receptionist present.
The receptionist was very friendly the next day.
If possible, bring your own supplies, as water and other items aren't available inside the hotel after 8:00 PM; however, there is a gas station and a convenience store just a few meters away where you can pick things up."

"Hotel muy nuevo, la habitación grande y muy buen estado.
Decoración muy cuidada. Baño muy bien.
Cocina completa, con nevera grande, vitrocerámica, horno, material para cocinar y vajilla para cuatro.
Me sobraron todas las bebidas y snacks a precios excesivos que se incluyen en la nevera.
Parking pagado a parte, unos 30 AU$ por día.
Zona tranquila, se puede ir a zonas más céntricas pero caminando un poco.

"We booked this hotel specifically because it was close to the airport and had 24 hour room service. We came in on a late flight. There was no room service menu. Rang room service. No answer. Rang reception and they didn’t know so transferred me to room service. No answer. I went down to the lobby and asked front desk. They didn’t know so took me into the restaurant. They told me they didn’t know what was for room service yet because there is no chef overnight and they hadn’t decided yet. I could...

"Booked this for my daughter and her friend to stay at so they didn’t have to drive home to Gold Coast late at night. Upon checking in they were not informed of any construction noise. Upon booking it stated that some construction work “nearby”. However the girls were woken up to hammering noise so loud that their room was shaking while still dark outside… they even thought someone was breaking into their room. They recorded the noise and shaking and had no sleep and drove to Gold Coast next...
