Wonderful!I came for a solo stay to charge my physical, mental, and social batteries. It was perfect. The hot tub, the bed (once I figured out how to get into that sucker), the kitchen, the shower, etc. Even the weather! I had a perfect trip. Already thinking about when I could visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage, location was excellent for visiting our family in Wimberley. I cooked several meals, the kitchen had everything I needed. Back porch area was very nice. Would have loved access to the laundry room.

The house was wonderful and met our needs. Our dog loved the large fenced in yard and was able to explore the front and back yard without us having to worry about him wandering off. The hot tub worked great and we enjoyed the large back patio with many places to sit. The only thing we were not able to do was use the fire pit for s’mores as there was a burn ban in effect.

The house was very nice, exceeded expectations. It was incredibly dog friendly - the entire property has a perimeter fence so we didn't even need to use the gates we brought from home. The back yard was absolutely gorgeous and the house was well stocked with kitchen items, basic toiletries, nice towels, plenty of extra towels/pillows/blankets/etc. We loved it and can't wait to rebook!

A beautiful haven

My best friend from 6th grade and I rented this home for a girls trip. It far exceeded our already high expectations! So close to downtown Wimberley, yet secluded with a private feel. The house was immaculate and was well-appointed with everything we needed. The host was extremely attentive. We will definitely return! So, SO beautiful!

Beautiful house, great backyard and good location!

we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well maintained and had everything handy that we needed. The backyard was amazing and we spent most of our time enjoying the cardinals and hummingbirds and the hot tub. The location was perfect, close to town and had an HEB right down the road. Would highly recommend!! thank you, and hope to visit again soon!

Excellent Getaway

This house was exactly what we were looking for to get out of Houston. It is settled back from main roads with enough land to feel somewhat isolated. The back patio is gorgeous and we spent half of our time sitting on it while my young son played. It was clean, well stocked, and everything I'd hoped for.

Peaceful & Conveniente

Beautiful, relaxing weekend! We stayed for a couple nights during our friends’ wedding weekend nearby and were so grateful to have a peaceful place away from all the festivities to get some rest. We typically use Airbnb but they didn’t have many options that fit our needs, so we decided to check out Vrbo and were so glad we did. Everything felt safe & secure with the fencing and keypad/code locks on the front gate and front door, which we were thankful for since our dogs were staying with us too. There were plenty of extra blankets for the beds, lots of towels for the bathroom/shower, and everything we needed like toilet paper, toiletries, kitchenware, and even baskets with snacks, bug spray, wet wipes, etc. One guest of our little group was limited in mobility due to a recent surgery and using a knee scooter to move around, and she was so happy that the house was easy to enter in and out of as well as maneuver around. A big plus is that the property is really close by to all the cute shops & restaurants in town as well as HEB for groceries & anything extra you might need. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back during our next trip out to Wimberley.

Wimberly Get-Away

This house was was nicely decorated. We really appreciated the aesthetic of the home and loved the eclectic artwork. The king size bed was nice and comfortable. The practical use of the house could use some improvement. There was a couch that was comfortable enough to lounge on the watch TV with one other person. There were two other chairs in the living area that looked nice but would not have been a comfortable option for long term seating, like to watch a movie, for anyone else. The outside furniture needed to be cleaned. We didn't sit down once at all in the back because everything was dirty. The two chairs at the front of the house were rickety and rough. There were many pots for plants but most had bad plastic plants in them. In my opinion, I'd rather have no pots for plants than ugly plastic plants. We didn't really cook. We made coffee, but there were no filters for the small 4-cup coffee pot. That's an unusual size, so it would have been nice for those to have been supplied. We went to HEB and bought some and left them there. I don't know if the property management company would throw them away or not, but we had no use for them. In the VRBO listing it said there was not a hair dryer, so I brought mine. There was a hair dryer which I would have appreciated knowing because mine took a lot of room in my luggage. The listing didn't mention use of a pool at all, but the welcome page inside the house said to swim at your own risk. We were kind of confused by that since there was an pool at the back of the property that had a gate with a combination lock and the combination written on the back of the lock. We inquired and were told that a pool was not included in the rental since it hadn't been listed as an amenity. The comment of swim at your own risk should not be written on the welcome page. Overall, we enjoyed the privacy of the property.

Great Place to Stay

This was a very cute and stylish house. Close to the conveniences of town but located in a quiet place. Porch is perfect for visiting with friends over a bottle of hill country wine!

Very cute house. Well decorated and very clean. Beds were super comfortable which was a plus! Had adequate dishes, board games/cards, linens, etc. Also had deer in the yard.

Cozy and convenient

The house is cute and cozy. It is nice and private, but still super close to everything in Wimberley. It had almost everything we needed. HEB is minutes away, so we were able to pick up a few things there.

I was completely dissatisfied with my stay. I've traveled the world and have stayed at different levels of accommodations but, this is the first time I had to call to ask for toilet paper. There was a half of a roll of toilet paper for our 3 night stay and no tissues. Also, we were required to clean up after our stay if not, be charged for it. What a disappointment!
