"Loved Torr Top Place! As a solo older lady who wanted to visit Manchester’s Christmas markets, this was a perfect base. The kitchen was well equipped, sitting room cozy, bathroom modern, and everything immaculate. Uber transport was readily available and Sainsbury’s (local grocer) was a short walk away. I highly recommend Torr Top Place!"

"Check in was easy and the cottage clean and warm on arrival. It is small, but was perfect for 2 of us with everything we needed for 2 nights. Shower was hot and powerful. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on but not a problem. There is a public footpath that runs past the front door but we only saw one person all weekend. We did spot a deer through the kitchen window which was lovely to see. We did some lovely walks from the cottage. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or stay again. Thank you"

"Property said pet friendly but when you got there said no dogs upstairs, not good when you have a dog with separation anxiety. Didn't find out until che k in details came through that there was no parking on the street the house is on. House was dirty. Tried to use hoover, it was totally blocked and not usable, had a broom but no dustpan so couldn't even do any cleaning of floors while there."

"We had a fabulous holiday at the Loft. Beautiful property. Wonderful hosts, who supplied the excellent wecoming pack. The property is centrally located for lots of lovely walks, cycling, and visiting the Peaks, even in Winter there's ample to do.The local village shop is excellent for essentials, and for a nice coffee and cake break, the villagers are lovely and friendly greeting us with a smile" hello, morning afternoon" .
